This exploration of innovative thinking in companies of all kinds "shows us how creativity in business can enrich us, and those who work with us." -- Spencer Johnson, co-author, The One Minute Manager
Would recommend for anyone to read this book it was shockingly philosophical and had some exceptional perspectives and thoughts on life that were much more than business practices but more ways of life. I haven't flown through a required book for a class in a long time but I definitely did with this book.
I got this book from second hand shop. I had it home for some time and decide to skip it through so I could recycle it back. This book have changed my opinion from its first page and I definitely keeping it. The book has a lot of analogies with zen teachings, but also many great examples of successful people. However, you will need to have a growing mindset to appreciate the content and advices of this book. The biggest minus of this book is that some examples are somehow just grabbed upon without explaining their relevance.
This is so much more than a business book! I have read it many times since 1989. The title could be "Creativity in All Areas of Your Life". This is a book I will always treasure
