Great Book!

"great managers capture the hearts of their employees through focusing on three strategies:
1) Live a compelling vision
2) Balance work and family
3) celebrate and have fun" (p. 19).

I have used this book as a reference in a few classes on leadership. It's a great reference for anyone in a leadership roll.

Highly recommended.
