This is, without question, one of the best business books I've ever read. Frank did an absolutely wonderful job in focusing on the key fundamental elements of what it truly takes to build, lead and sustain a successful enterprise. This book is filled with superb ideas, examples, data and research – it would be hard to find a book that does a better job of really getting to the main core ideas of what it takes to be a great leader of a great organization. I highly recommend this book.
