All around awesome book! Very insightful and easy to read. At times, I even found it enjoyable. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star is because there is a consistent amount of advertising for Nolo (the publisher) and lawyer services. The book was written by an attorney, so it is easy to see why he would be selling hiring or consulting with a lawyer all throughout the book. Not necessarily a bad thing, but just more of an annoyance for me as a reader.
This is actually one of the better textbooks I've read. The author is readable and really gets to his point without skirting around the issue or fluffing up the information.
