Jag har jobbat på flera olika skolor och sett hur stor skillnad en skolas kultur kan ha på medarbetares arbetssituation, elevers inlärning och föräldrars deltagande. Men hur skapar man en lärande skolkultur där det idag finns en problemorienterad kultur? Den här boken går igenom sju olika stadier och metoder som skolledare kan använda sig utav för att orientera sig igenom denna process.

Älskade den här boken. Den speglade mycket av mina egna tankar kring problemen och lösningarna som svensk skola möter.
