There was absolutely no plot.

I was disappointed with these. From the outside, they look really fun. They are in the shape of each animal and very colorful. The stories are really lacking as are some of the illustrations. And eventually, the binding falls to pieces--much sooner than it does with our other books. I'd give it a 2 except the shape of the book is fun and inviting for children and that alone interested my children when they were younger. So I suppose it gets a 3.

My daughter received the 'Busby Bumble' bed story book for her birthday from her Nursery. I really like the bright pictures and snappy rhyme but I really hate the design and layout of the book itself.
The physical book 'pages' are plastic which really puts me off for some reason. The variable typeface and wobbly sentences couples with multicoloured words is too fussy.
Putting my complaints aside, it's a cute story about a bee who loses his buzz and eventually finds it in a flower.
