Novelized 8 part 1933 Western Magazine serial. About a cocky young gambling cowboy coming of age. His outlaw boss sends him to set up an enemy to return him to jail. Tag hates redheads but likes this guy so refuses the job infuriating the boss. The 90 year old racist jargon slowed me down but the action is fast with even faster dialogue. A fun read for old time Western fans.
