主要叙述战前战中战后日本民情舆论等的变化，加了一些日占区的情况来驳斥所谓“共荣”的宣传，也描述了日本本国因战争而蒙受的损失，强调日本对于发起战争的责任以及对该责任的认识，似乎本人也因为教科书问题和日本教育部打过官司，只可惜还是白费。
