I think that anyone that reads this book will be able to heal some or nurse them back to health pretty quickly. The book does also have some great quotes in them. The book actually help me heal my uncle who was suffering from vomittingé nausea. SO I think it would be a good use of time reading this book.

Not bad. I was expecting a bunch of junk, or advertisement stuff. A variety of ideas which I liked. Not all one type of healing, i.e., vitamins, food combining etc. Very easy to read. I went through and read the entire book, although; admittedly, two weeks later can't remember a thing I read.

If I was a layperson, this book would be 4 stars. However, I know many of these techniques and even have some better ones - but it is due to my training and I would instead refer to my herbals and other books I have. I love Dana's other work though! ;-)
