So Melinda has been at a big Alzheimers convention she's trying to get home and her plane has been delayed and now she wants to drive home against Bucks wishes. All goes well for a while but she gets kidnapped and thankfully Buck knows something is wrong and is bound and determined to find her. I enjoyed this short story. I am usually not a fan of kidnapping stories. I enjoyed reading this and will need to read the others before it in the series. You even get a small hint of shifters in this story.

Margaret writes romance and science fiction, and lives in the vast Northern Plains where it’s quiet and mostly empty, and a good place to let her imagination run wild.

Things she likes: the Oregon Ducks, donuts, cats.

When she's not writing you’ll find her in a college classroom teaching English, or working as a literary agent for an amazing agency…and of course wrangling her family.
