This has been fun going back and re-reading my college text. One fine day I'll get to try out my language skills :-) Until then, I'll keep re-reading this text and following Italian blogs and Babbel.com.
I find most foreign language learning books to have gaps in the grammar portions of the text. There are never enough examples or finer detail for my taste. However, this book does a decent job of it. As an intermediate grammar review, it introduces the rest of the verb tenses that weren't covered in a beginner's text and includes two readings per chapter.
