I owe him a debt, but I can't pay it back with money.

He wants something else: me, for one year. But I don’t even know how he is…

“What do you mean by I have to spend 365 nights with you?” I ask.

“Exactly that," he says.

“I won’t have sex with you,” I say categorically.

“I promise you one thing," his eyes challenge mine. "You will be begging me to do it before our time is u

I received an ARC copy of this book for an honest review.
This is the first time that I have read a book by this author, but it won't be the last, well because for one this is book one and I need to know what happens between Nicholas and Olive 😍
I really enjoyed the start of this book and how it draws you in. Olive receives a cheque through the post from a mystery benefactor, it's for the exact amount to pay off her student loans. The BIG question does she use it or not? What does the mystery per

This was a good read. Olive is like most people and just trying to pay off her debts. She receives a check for a lot of money. Of course she is skeptical at first but eventually she finds out that it is real. However, there is a catch. With everything her mom puts her through it changes things. It will be interesting to see how it will all go in the next part of their story.

She goes back and forth as to should she take the check to pay off the loans. Her mother is no help in this matter. So she goes with the decision to use the check to pay off the loans. This was an amazing read! Of course, I don’t expect anything less with Charlotte Byrd’s books. She’s such a great author. The book starts out a little slow, but not too bad. Olive has a ton of student loans and receives a letter and check paying all them off. She finds out more of who the mystery person is and a little of why. It was so sweet and I wanted to cry. But I would still like to know more about Nicolas and the past and what role it will play. I feel like there’s more he isn’t telling h ...more

Tell Me To Stop by Charlotte Byrd is amazing.

I love the way Ms Byrd weaves in the main characters background, while pulling you deeper into the storyline.

Olive is a caring soul, and she tries to do what’s right.

But what happens when temptation comes knocking at her door?

You’ll have to read it find out!

Great start to Charlotte’s new series!

Great start to a new series! Olive is shocked to receive a check for her student loans and then a letter to meet the person who gave it to her in Maui. She meets Nicholas and is shocked to discover what he wants from her and she runs home. Her mother racks up large gambling debts and she needs to find a way to get the money. Will she go to Nicholas? Fast-paced read with lots of drama and suspense. Looking forward to more in the series. I loved it!

OMW! What a GREAT start to a new episodic SERIES! Captivating, addictive and INTENSE!
Life or better put, living life well is not easy. For those who have little money, this can be doubly true. For Olivia Kernes, the heroine of TELL ME TO STOP, money or perhaps more accurately debts and the ability to pay them off place her in a precarious position and a player in a game she doesn’t understand. Not only is she clueless about her role in the game, but she also doesn’t understand the rules. Again,

Another book my Charlotte that will have you turning the pages well into the night. When Olive receives a check for almost 200 thousand dollars, she doesn't know what to think. Once she learns that it was in fact a real check, she pays off all of her student loans. A week later, she receives a letter asking for her to come to Maui and meet the person who sent her th ...more

Well Charlotte you’ve done it again!

This was different and yet still amazing.

Olive’s life is not all starry and exciting she is just simply a girl trying to figure out how to live her life and yet pay her bills. With a NO good mother and only one best friend Olive just goes with the flow.

When she receives a check in the mail with no explanation, she is not sure what to do but yet can only think of one thing for sure. Not knowing what the consequences will be if she cashes it in or not.

4.5 stars. The series is off to a good start! I always swear I won’t do another story where there are episodes to wait for, but she is a favorite author and I couldn’t resist. So, here we go...

We start right out the gate with a bit of a mystery. We meet Olive and her bestie and she has just received a check for the exact amount of her student loans. This one has definitely got me shaking for more.

Getting to know Olive you will love her and feel for her. She doesn't have it easy and has alot on her plate. Not to mention ghosts of the past that she can't escape. Just as she has bad, she also has a mystery man who now wants her to meet him in Maui.

4.5 Stars! I have read a couple of Charlotte Byrd's series and this one seems to be the start of another good one. The characters are interesting with a bit of mystery. There is a girl, Olive, who receives a check that is the exact amount that she owes on her student loans. She doesn't know who sent it and whether or not it is a joke. Should she cash it? If she does what will happen? She doesn't come from the best of families though she used her brains to get a college education and get out of h ...more

An Exciting and Delicious New Entangled Romance!
An exciting new series that has my heart palpitating at the cliff hanger. Loved the strong characters of Olive and her BFF, Sydney. Man of Mystery, Nicholas has a very sad back story and it humanizes him. I do wonder if we will see more of James in the future (just a passing thought).

This is a great start to a new series. The author introduces Olive and Nicholas and delves into their story right from the first page. She does a great job building their characters as well as their attraction and chemistry. There's enough intrigue and suspense to keep you glued to the pages. Add in the simmering lust ,hot chemistry and all the emotions throughout and you can't stop reading as the story unfolds. In the end you're still waiting for answers and left wanting more with the cliffhang ...more

This is the first book in Charlotte's new Tell Me Series. The suspense kept me flipping the pages and in true Charlotte fashion it ended just as the reader gets the feeling something big is about to happen. Needless to say I can't wait to read the next book.

Just what you would hope for and expect in a Charlotte Byrd book. Heat, mystery, deceit, an unexpected developments that take you in new directions, with characters that you can easily get into. If you've read this author's books before, this one has the same feel, rhythm, and pace, lets you get to know the characters then gets you into the nitty-gritty of the story. There is one drawback, that it's a cliffhanger story so you have to wait for the next installment, not necessarily a bad thing, bu ...more
