A quaint story of a little blind girl's choice of a doll, based not on appearance but on how the doll feels. The book is made to appeal to both sighted and visually impaired readers, and the text is in both Braille and type on every page. Ages 5+.

Recommends it for: Preschool-1st gr.
CIP: Plain doll Annie Mae worried that no one would buy her from the top shelf of the toy shop this Christmas until the little blind girl walked in.

This large size book is a quick storytime read for Preschool-1st gr. It is a fun, short story with large pictures on 1 page. Then the text is in large English print at top of next page with embossed Braille on bottom. It might be fun to read during the holidays as it relates to Christmas shopping.
