Aside from being an author with the highly revered publishing company Cole Hart Signature Novels, Tina Marie whose real name is Tina Marie Turner is a mother of two, a Seventeen-year-old daughter and a Five-year-old son all while climbing the professional ranks with 5LINX Enterprises, where she supports the companies' top earners. When asked what she would tell her readers in reference to them following their own dreams, she said, "When following your dreams, realize from the start it will be a difficult journey. Dreams are built over time with hard work, persistence, sweat and many tears."
Wow, Tina this book was fiya. With all the suspense and action, this book had me on the edge of my seat from the very beginning. Will there be any spin-offs? When is your next project being released? You're a wonderful writer, you really made the characters come alive. Great job and keep up the awesome job.
Really good read... I thought it was shorter then the last one and I really didn't want it to end. I thought the ending was rushed and left a couple things still open for me or maybe I missed it. Why did he finally make that move at the end, what was it that his mother told him? What happened with his wife? What happened with Omar's situation? 7.11.19 545pm
I absolutely loved this whole series! It was so good and the characters were crazy. Caeru is still my favorite and he has my whole heart! Phoenix was an awful human being but his sons were everything he wasn’t. I really enjoyed the storyline. It kept me up all night trying to finish it.
Happy Ending! I am so happy for Caeru he was truly my favorite character. He deserved all the good things. I would love for them to come back in a holiday novella or something that’s how much I loved them. Really great read!
Num 2 really had me on a Roller coaster ride with this relationship stuff. But these brothers in these cousins are so amazing. Cause we all go through ups and Downs. But they still by the guy's side and knew they was going through things great reed.
Very good series!!! Storyline was definitely amazing...Drama was on point and was entertaining...This author always come through with great books!!! Really enjoyed😉😉
I've heard about Tina Marie's books for quite a while now. This year I took a leap and am in love with her pen game. Out of all the books she has written, I picked the Don's Wife cuz part 2 had a pretty green eye catching cover (don't judge me, judge ya mama). And I am so glad I did it this way cuz the only disappointment I feel is in myself for waiting so long to give her a shot.
I love how book 1 and book 2 flow right into each other. None of that book 2 picks up 2 years later business. Caeru aka Cae is rude, moody, a whorebag, violent, and a paid killer/goon. And I absolutely love him! He is all the things that I love in a book all rolled into one character. His love interest Mirage is not what he was looking for when he met her but she gives his character balance. Their areas of this story gave me all the feels
Jaehkel aka Jae is the brother to Cae and he is just as ruthless but a lot more calm. Lakerrica aka La is not only his love interest but the cousin to Mirage. They have the most drama in the 2 books but I love them. Phoenix is the father to the fellas and the biggest most manipulative bitch in the whole book! Between him, Iz, and Omar (La baby daddy) I wanted to shoot all of their funny looking asses myself. Junior's ass too.
All in all, I loved this set of books and will absolutely be getting more books from Tina Marie!
I loved everything about this book. Although Cae is still bae he kinda hurt my feelings when he said that to Mirage, although I understand that he don't know how to love and express himself. He loved and treated Sani like she was his cause Junior wasn't worth a damn. Phoenix is the most messed up father to his kids. He had all kinds of skeletons in his closet and what kind of wife and mother was Joan to condone his bull 💩. La gave Jae a hard time about the accident even when he tried to explain and apologize she was still being stubborn and pushing Jae away, she even took it a lil to far but he was still there for her son Asher as if he was his. I was glad when everything was put on the table but some things he should have told her before hand. This was an excellent book.💛💙
This book was lit🔥. Who would’ve known so many secrets would come out. Phoenix was a snake, how you lie to your kids about their age and mother, Jae killed Phoenix after his mom told him something (man I want to know what she said) and proved he was Cae keeper. Cae was there for Mirage and he took on the role as Scaniya’s father from day one. And Jae was able to get La back. La was scared and ran but Jae was determined to get La and Asher back. Iz was on some snake stuff with Phoenix hiding Jae daughter and sleeping with Jae daddy. Phoenix was foul for having Fizz and his sisters living like they was living. Glad Jae and Cae was there for them and told them the truth
Bad boys need love too and Jae and Cae find it in cousins. La definitely takes been stubborn to a whole notha level, but Jae and Asher help humble her quickly. When Cae refers to Mirage as that word, I wanted to throat punch his azz. I'm so glad that she finds her inner strength and worth and knows when to move on. Cae is extremely good with the baby, but he didn't trust his self enough to do a relationship. But being without Mirage teaches him a valuable lesson. Phoenix, Iz, and Junior did the most and their ways catch up to them. I enjoyed reading this book and series and will be looking forward to reading more from this author.
I think the book was really good and a nice ending to the series. I felt the end was rushed however and we were left hanging when it jumped right to the epilogue. I still had questions about what happened with La and Jae after leaving their parents house, what was said to Jae that made him snap, why did Cae pass out. Iz kept speaking about revenge and how Jae would regret leaving her but she just nvr was brought up again....i just felt like it was incomplete at the end. I also thought it was weird that a supporting character closed out the book. All in all the book was good though and the storyline was really good. Just execution flaws in my opinion
Wow! This is one of the best written urban books written.
Wow! This is one of the best written urban books written. This was my second read of this author and I couldn’t put book 1 down and then onto book 2. I hated that this series only has 2 books because these woman were bad as the black cleopatra jones. They took no prisoners dealing with men who were strong willed, mean and loving at the same time. Do yourself a favor and download both books, you will be satisfied with reading this author.
This series caught my attention from part 1. I couldn’t wait to read part 2 and see where life was headed for Caeru, Jae, Mirage and Lakerrica. Things get a little shaky for both couples as the drama and secrets unfold. Between their pops Phoenix or Isabel I don’t know who is worse. Tina never disappoints and this book was no different. If your looking for an entertaining read this series should be your next read!
I loved this finale! Cae gave Mirage a hard time, but was the best person he knew how to be. He knew what he wanted, but because he never knew real love, he didn’t know how to give it. Jae had a lot of obstacles to overcome with winning La back. This book had so many secrets and so much drama. You never knew what was going to happen next. It caught my attention from the beginning.
This book was definitely everything. I couldn’t stand a lot of the characters. Junior and Omar were something else. They both deserved everything that came their way in this book. The ladies ended up having good men. Cae was a trip. He had his moments but he knew when to turn his crazy off. Jae has a lot of stuff with him and I was glad when everything worked out. The couples both deserved to be happy.
This book was not that great. I felt it was rush and some of the facts didn’t add up. Also, what was said to Jae for him to kill his dad. How they married a few year when it was touch and go for a while???? Also, she let Cae back after he ghost her and the baby. Also, Jaw loves La so much he lied about being married and slept with the wife “when he was so committed” Nope, they weren’t Dons. The tittle should have read little boys.
This book picked up right where the first one left off. All the secrets came out and boy they were explosive. Jae and La were a mess but I'm glad she stopped running and fixed things with him. Mirage and Cae were a mess he was so cold but Mirage and baby Scai made him warm. And when she found out what he did with the birth certificate it was the sweetest. Great job
Man La pissed me off this whole book. Like you let Omar do it all and tried to play Jae like that. I had a few whoosaw moments. I don't know why but Cae really touched me. Him and Mirage situation like had me in tears. Their dad was a trip. Overall really good read
I'm the final installment Cae proves why he is a book bae. I love how he stays true to himself and struggles with loving other. Jae proved he is worth being a book bae. I actually like the females in the book. They worked my nerves. They reacted to situations the way any female would. This was a great book. Great job Tina Marie
The storyline was great and flowed easy and understandable. I love The characters it felt like you knew them personally. I really enjoyed this series and was happy with the end... 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥love that they killed his pops and glad Iz got her butt knocked out . Loved it !!!
Loved it. This book was to Good to out down. I'm glad all the secrets were out and everyone was able to move on. Phoenix got exactly what he deserved. Iz was crazy to think the things she did would win back Ja. I'm glad Caeru became a changed man for his famriky. Great ending.
I like Caeru he was mean, ride and blount but was totally different when it came to Mirage and Scani. Jaehkel held a lot of secrets but learned a few himself, I love the way he loved Asher as his own and stopped at nothing to make La happy and his. I need an update on Fizz the little sister's and the kids.
Loved this ending!!! Good storyline and keeps you wanting to know what’s next. Caeru completely changed. In the beginning of this series I thought he would crash and push Mirage away but he redeemed himself. Jae and La had some ups and downs that I didn’t think they would over come.
These couples have really been on a rocky rollercoaster. Secrets came out. This was one drama filled book and I loved it. Junior and Omar got exactly what they deserved. I'm glad these couples were able to get together because they were made for each other. The ending turned out perfectly. I really enjoyed reading this book.
Thank you for giving those who deserved it the most Karma ass to kiss.Thank you for giving these two brothers women who weren’t going to let them walk all over them and make sure they were priorities and not second thoughts. Really enjoyed the conclusion wrap it up rather nicely.
I don't care what anybody say. Cae is still THE man. I was very upset how he did Mirage at the trap but I knew he didn't mean it. I think I nearly cried. Anyway I am sad to see this end but I'm happy for them and VERY proud of Jae!!! LOVED IT!!!
I think Mirage should have killed Junior when she robbed him...Jae's ex wife was truly over the to pl and I'm glad they killed the Dad...he was totally out of control with all his secrets...yayyy for the live the 4 found
The Don brother's are crazy! Caeru fell in love with someone who's off limits. Jaehkrl fell in love by accident. There are many more twists and turns but you'll have to read it to find out! Overall this was a great read!
This was a good series I loved both couples but especially Jae. La gave him a hard time in the beginning I’m glad they got it together. Also I’m glad Cae came to his senses about Mirage lord. Junior, Omar, and Phoenix all got what they deserved
