A very useful, informative, well presented text. If you're studying communication, looking to improve your communication skills, and/or work in an environment that requires good communication (i.e., counselling), definitely check this text out.

The text deals with:
- dealing with conflict
- working in groups
- groupthink
- decision-making
- effective communication techniques and strategies
- among other essential topics

Useful book.
I love their definition of communication. They say that "Communication is the deliberate or accidental transfer of meaning".
People communicate even without meaning to do so or are aware that they are so doing. It could be gestures, facial expressions, non-response or silence.
From that point, the book takes the reader into the actual working of communication.

I wanted to read but it can't open to read!!!!! Ffff!!!! i keep clicking on "want to read" n nothing happens. Fff! Where can i access the book not look at its coverpic????!!!!

I didn't like this textbook. But then again, what can you expect? It's a textbook.
