There was too much hate and so little love. The H was one of those don’t judge a book by its cover types, and I liked him. The h was simply put . . . a bitch. To be honest, I couldn’t really see them as a loving couple. More like frienemies who constantly scold, bicker and butt heads with each other and occasionally fuck.

Oh Teagan Hunter, here you are again, back at it with the snark, heat and heart all wrapped up in one.
If there's one thing I know I can count on from Teagan Hunter's books is that I will enjoy the read whether I want to or not. It's not negotiable.
Winston and Drew was a stubborn couple to follow in this novel and I must say at times I truly wanted to smack there heads and show them want is right in front of them. Yet, suffering through their stubbornness was worth it, as they were able to become ...more

Bad. Seriously this book is bad.
It is a NA romance story. The characters, plot, chemistry is non existed. The characters have no chemistry at all. The plot of pushing and pulling is very annoying. And immature. Winston is pathetic hero who has no idea what to do with his life.
Drew is smart ass heroine. She plays the role of the one who knows it all but very very bitchy and immature. I try to like this book. I really am. At then end, I decide I do not like it at all.

Five pizza stars for Drew and Winston ❤!!!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Teagan Hunter is one of my favorite rom-com writers.
She always makes me laugh when I read her books and this one wasn't an exception.
I really enjoyed Drew and Winston's love story.
Their relationship wasn't easy from the beginning. They hated each other but deep down their hate was actually a love which they didn't want to admit because of their stubbornness.

Drew was kinda a bitch though. I liked Winston to an extent but there was no chemistry between this characters. I didn’t like them together and I just can’t get past how fkn shitty Drew was to Winston when one bad thing happened. It defs felt like the attraction was more one sided on Winston’s part. These characters would have been better with different people. I also just didn’t like Drew.

Life hasn’t been easy for Drew. She’s worked her ass off just to make ends meet for her and her 3-month old son. During her pregnancy, her boyfriend decided he wasn’t ready to be a dad, leaving Drew a single mom. She works as a waitress at her best friend’s family pizzeria, Slice, but somehow it still isn’t enough. Even still, Drew loves Slice. Except for the fact that she has to work with Winston, her best friend’s twin brother. The two of them can barely stand each other, and that’s how it’s a

Would really like to try this enemies to lovers romance.....sounds intriguing....especially if it is a KU release.

I'm so glad I didn't stop reading this series and gave Winston a chance. I was so wrong about this misjudged character who had a heart of gold. He was like a book and I judged it by its cover. What a fantastic romance. Highly recommend.

Oh goodness... Teagan does it again.
I really thought, after the first book, things would get repetitive or I'd just lose interest like it usually happens when I read the rest of a book series. But, wow, how wrong I was. I Knead You Tonight is the second book in Teagan's Slice series and can easily be read as a standalone. For someone who apparently reads books mid-series without realizing it (moron, I know), I can honestly say Teagan does a great job of writing standalones within series but also makes you want to go back and read about the other couples in their own books.

If there's one thing I know about a Teagan Hunter book, it's that I will love it!
The snarky, playful banter is back in I Knead You Tonight (and seriously, she has the BEST book titles) with Drew & Winston. The teaser at the end of A Pizza My Heart had me choking on my pizza because I needed Drew & Winston's story delivered in 30 minutes or less. However, Teagan needed time to finish the book so I was left (im)patiently waiting to read what I knew would be an explosive story between these two. A ...more

This was compulsively readable, had some sweet romantic moments, and some good banter, but it ended up being just ok for me. The characters were a little more crass than I generally like and it kind of brought down my overall enjoyment. I also didn't really like Drew. I felt like she was never called out for her reverse snobbery when it came to why she "hated" Winston and she didn't really take responsibility for the fact that he was only mean to her in response to her being mean to him. While I

I Knead You Tonight was an entertaining addition to the Slice series, and I enjoyed Drew and Winston’s enemies-to-lovers story. I usually love this trope, but for some reason the constant back-and-forth bickering between Drew and Winston was frustrating and annoying at times, and I just couldn’t get fully invested in the storyline and characters. With that being said, I loved Teagan Hunter’s writing style and sense of humor, and I’ll definitely be checking out the next standalone in the Slice se

This is the second book in the Slice series. I really enjoy reading this enemies to lovers slash single parent slash small town contemporary romance. This is the first book i have read from Teagan and I very happily say that it will definitely not be the last. Teagan has a way of writing an interesting romcom with actually good man. For a change, I read a male character who wasn’t flawled and all, don’t get me wrong I love reading flawed male hero’s story but Winston did a number on me. And drew

I loved this one! I was really drawn to Winston in the last book, so I was really excited to read about him and Drew. Their banter and chemistry was off the charts. It made it such a fun book that I pretty much flew right through it. Seeing how Winston cares for not only Drew but her son, and wanting better for himself because of them...it was all kinds of sexy. There are so many great moments between them. Oh I can’t forget about Simon, he just cracks me up. Busting balls left and right, what a

It saddens me to rate this so low, because I enjoyed all previous Teagan's books so much. But this was just a miss for me. As for the story I'm a big fan of single parent trope. I definitely enjoyed this one, the hate is no joke between Drew and Winston. Winston is a bit of a complex character and under all that vulnerability, I loved the man that he was and what he could be if he just dealt with the truth.
With this being my 3rd book by Teagan Hunter, I think I need a little bit more time to get used to her way of writing.

After meeting Drew and Winston in A Pizza My Heart, I eagerly awaited their story. These two are outrageous together and mix as well as fire and oil. But all of their mutual supposed hatred and sniping only serves to build the tension between them, turning up the heat, and it provides for one glorious, wild ride!
