There are bad hangovers, then there’s waking up married to your brother’s idiot friend.

On the trip of a lifetime, a drunken Wren and intoxicated Brody stumble upon a wedding ceremony and decide to tag along for the ride. But being spectators isn’t quite wild enough when you’ve got tequila in your toes, and before either of them can stop what they’re about to do, “We now

What happens in Vegas can’t stay in Vegas. What a blowout. This book is funny, witty and totally adorable.

Wren is Brody’s best friends little sister and off-limits. It doesn’t matter that she’s hot and now 18. He should go there.

A group of friends and family go to Las Vegas for Brody’s birthday. It’s party time but even though Wren can go she isn’t old enough to drink or gamble. One wild night with Brody’s changes everything. They shouldn’t have been drunk and the definitely shouldn’t have got
Sometimes a book comes along and wakes up all your senses and you just don't want it to end.

I loved absolutely everything about WAKING UP IN VEGAS, I mean hands up how many of you have read this sort of trope, I have read quite a few of these accidental drunken marriages while in Vegas and despite that this book was refreshing.

Brody is Wren's brothers best friends, they are a group of friends, who's parents are really close so they are the kind of friends who celebrate and attend everything

To be honest, this is so far from what I normally read. But it sounds really fun. I'm pumped. Let's do this.

Aah, more Natasha Preston.

I am such a sucker for these books. Although... "contemporary romance?" I prefer the horror/mystery/psychological thriller books with flowers on the covers. But hey, I'll be reading this. Here's hoping.

It's was okay.
Very funny in parts.
Seemed a bit childish when I started I nearly didn't continue.
The gang of male friends seem to be man-whore king types literally different girl every night mentality.
As with best friends little sister troupe they are in each others lives while each have relationships or in the case of the Hero ONS as none of the men have ever had a relationship.
The men are 21 I believe and the girl is 18.
They swear even using the f*** word in front of the parents, who laugh

An absolute blast of a read. Such a fun, hilarious story filled with tension and just enough drama to keep you turning those pages. I am in LOVE with Brody, and I’m staking my claim. I can’t wait for everyone out there to read this story. Preston just gets better and better. Don’t tell her I said that though. She’ll be unbearable.

Oh My Goodness, I absolutely loved this!! I had only read the first line of the synopsis when the cover and book details were revealed and I was instantly excited to read this story just from that snippet. I’ve only placed my kindle down when family commitments demanded that I had to and I can tell you that now I finished the book, I haven’t been left disappointed at all!

Waking Up in Vegas is such a fun story to read, but it does have moments of tension too. I was sitting on the edge of my seat

i'm obviously in the minority here but this book didn't work for me. it started well, a fun group of friends going to las vegas to celebrate a birthday, good banter between them, etc. but then it got boring.

there were a lot of chapters where really nothing substantial happened, the language become crass and careless, and i had to start skimming to get to the end because nothing interesting happened.

Omg!! Such a fantastic story! I love Vegas books and this one is brilliant! The chemistry between Wren and Brody is through the roof, but they’re not meant to fall for one another! She’s his best mates little sister and the baby of the group!

Waking Up In Vegas is funny, and hot and there’s many twists I’ve had a book hangover for weeks since reading it! Brody is my new favourite book boyfriend! I can’t wait for more from this series and to find out whose story is next! Five stars!

I just love a story with a lot of fun, laughs, troubles and romance. Waking Up in Vegas has all the before mentioned. The book is well written with characters I fell in love with. This is the start of a series that I can’t wait to read. The book is packed with laughs, emotional times and romance. Not your typical romance, but quite a unique one. One that starts totally backwards. It’s a funny, heartfelt, read that left a smile on face and a warm heart.

The banter between Brody and Wren is
Natasha did it again. One thing I love about Natasha’s writing is her unpredictability. You will never know if you’re getting a happily ever after or not until you flip thru the last page. Waking Up in Vegas is no different.

I like how she narrated the whole plot and how the scenes were built and constructed. It was a little cliché and unusual at the same time. I love how everything progressed and how the characters are portrayed. And even though you would kind of expect what will happen next, it

Far Out! What a fab read. This book is full of laughter, wit and tension which will have you turning the pages. I totally love Brody. He's Wren's brother's best friend and at the start Brody and Wren don't really get along with lots of catty banter that will have you smiling.

I really liked Wren's strong, take no shit attitude and all the side characters are likable and well developed too. Waking up in Vegas will pull you back and forward, with the miscommunication, mixed signals and

Natasha Preston has done it again with in my opinion one of her best books yet! In this book she does an AMAZING job of getting you to fall in love with Wren and Brody from the get go that you can’t help but get drawn into the story. I was on the edge of my seat the entire book wondering what was going to happen next. Me telling myself “one more chapter before bed” turned into way more then one chapter until I finished the book! I have never been a fan of romance books just because the ones I’ve ...more

Absolutely loved this book! I've read previous thriller books from the author so wasn't sure what to expect, but she nailed the contemporary/rom com genre! Wren is hilarious and Brody is moody, but so smoking hot! I devoured this story within a few days. One where you can't wait to get to bed so you can read it. Their sexual chemistry is off the charts and I was rooting for them from day one. Thoroughly recommend x

I really enjoyed this book. Wren is sassy and doesn’t take garbage from anyone. Brody - I started out thinking he was just a jerk. But he grew on me.

I loved how close knit the families were A individually and as a group. Can’t wait for book 2!!

This is the first book I've read from Natasha and I loved it. I love a good Brothers Best Friend book. Plus being drunk in Vegas and getting married I'm such a sucker for books like that lol!!!

I love Wren & Brody and all of the other characters. They made me laugh loads.

Well done Natasha xx

I had such high hopes for WAKING UP IN VEGAS by Natasha Preston. The blurb reminded me of the movie WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS, starring Ashton Kutcher and Cameron Diaz, with hopefully a new twist. However, my hopes were dashed by the unique lack of character development and almost predictable outcomes that ensued.

I debated on posting this review so close to the holidays, which is hard for me to write. Natasha Preston can write, and from the extensive list of books she has published, she has a quite

There are many words that I could use to describe how this book made me feel but I think if I have to narrow it down to one, I would say that one word would be…happy.
Brody and Wren were hilarious, their story was full to the brim with not only angst and attitude but also a level of sexual tension that was everything that I could have possibly wished for.
The writing was super clever, the drama cleverly created and delivered with cutting accuracy, I wanted a story that would entertain on

Brody's plans of having his birthday celebrated for a week in Las Vegas don't really go as he planned. His brother and sister, plus his best friend and his two sisters. That's six people, three girls and three guys, only issue is one of the girls is only eighteen while everyone else is the nice legal (in the US) age of twenty-one. But when Brody told Wren that she could come, she agreed that she was responsible for finding herself entertainment. Somehow on this trip

Wow! This just goes to show; what happens in Vegas, doesn’t always stay in Vegas! What a great reality check this story is; I loved the angst of it all. The mixed signals, mixed communication, stress and heat that this one silly moment caused. The writing is so vivid I could see the story unfolding right in front of me. I was totally hooked and didn’t put this book down all day until I’d finished every word.

Brody is such a moody, sullen manchild. At twenty one you’d think he’d lighten up a bit

When your siblings and best friends are all going to Vegas to celebrate a 21st and our dying to go but there’s only on thing your only 18 yep that’s exactly were Wren is. So she’s force to play nice and ask the birthday boy Brody if she can to along so that she’s not left out , after torturing her he finally gave in and agreed that she could come. This was going to be the best holiday that the 6 of them were gong to go on. Drink we’re flowing, gambling and all the fun things were going on for ...more

I have read Natasha Preston's books before and I have liked them a lot. Once again I was hooked from the beginning.

This is funny, fast and pretty easy read. Something that you want to read while sun bathing on a beach. The sun is shining, you have a drink on other hand and great book on another. There is nothing better than scene like that.

Wren and Brody have grown up together. They have always been bickering with each other. Both of them can admit that another one is good looking, but that's

HOLY HELL I LOVED THIS STORY! The uber talented Natasha Preston seriously penned a story that I couldn't get enough of. I have read my fair share of the waking up married after a drunken night in Vegas trope, and I can honestly say this story was still original, not to mention, very entertaining. It all started out as a group of friends going to Vegas to celebrate Brody's birthday, and the younger Wren, Brody's favorite word sparring partner, is with them. However, she does get drunk, she does ...more

This was enjoyable from beginning to end. Two people who are friends and have been forever. One gets on the other person's nerves but they are still friends. They end up in Vegas for Brody's birthday and because Wren is not old enough she cant go to the clubs and do some of the stuff that everyone else is doing. So she takes it upon herself to do what she wants. But Brody finds out about a guy that she is hanging around with and doesn't like it. So Brody decides to ditch the other guys and hang ...more

OHHH is this story a rollercoaster. We always hear of the people in their mid twenties or so having this happen, but what would happen if it was someone younger that isn’t of age? What we get is a ride of insane emotions and angst between two that seemingly hated each other to falling in love with each other. Wren is a sassy girl that takes no prisoners and then you have Brody who is literally a broody man who refuses to admit to feelings. Granted both of them are soooooo stubborn in that aspect ...more

I love coming across romances with the Married in Vegas theme to it especially when done right and this... this was done to near perfection. Brody and Wren were so good with banter and I enjoyed their close knit family replationships.

There were just two things I did not like much. Spoilers ahead.

1. The girl at the bar that Brody talked to briefly until Mason showed up. Either she shouldn't have shown up at all or Brody was given the chance to actually turn her down. As it was, had Mason not

This is a great start to a new series from Natasha Preston. Her new book was so much fun to read, it was filled with tension, angst, humor and fun sexy times. This mixed signals made this book a page turner, you won’t want to put it down because you can’t wait to see with happens next. Brody and Wren will make you laugh, cry and for sure want to punch Brody, but you will also get lots of heat to melt the pages. ~Stephanie

This book started off really well, group of friends off to Vegas for a birthday.... what can go wrong!

There was good banter with everyone and one of the friends was desperate to go even although not being a legal age in to drink.

But things take a turn and some would say “disaster strikes” it was only a matter of time before things started unraveling and the more people that knew the more it was going to get to the family as what happens in Vegas unfortunately didn’t stay in Vegas.
