Let me start by saying that Chance is Book 3 of a 3 book arc, so YOU MUST READ SNIPER (BOOK 1), AND JACKSON (BOOK 2) FIRST! Finally the brilliant, but diabolical Giulia Lagomarsino has answered my questions in the conclusion to a story that started in Sniper. Chance was taken when his place of business was attacked, and he's not sure where's he at, who took him, or why. Plus, he's not even sure if his Reed Security family is safe, & believes something really bad happened to Morgan, the woman tha ...more

What an ending to the trilogy (don't worry, I'm not giving anything away!). I was so intrigued to see how Giulia was going to manage to bring all the different facets of the storyline from all three books to a close without there being a major heartbreak somewhere, which I know she doesn't normally do (still haven't got over Cassandra from 'Ryan' book 7 of the Love of a Good Woman series - but that's a story fo

This author is an instant “one click” for as this series just gets better and better.
The connecting thread is Reed Security and the ex-Military Seals who star in each book.
Lots of suspense, intrigue, and gritty raw brutal scenes with kidnapping, torture, murder and violence. In the midst of all the raw drama, love, passion, and a quest for justice rings through the storyline

Morgan’s strength showed through as she dealt with her tortured, manipulated captivity by Wes. True, her being there was

Just the absolute best story. It had me captivated from the beginning with the hot steamy scenes. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it! Everything I like to read about and more. Such a great story I will read again and again. A keeper!!

The third book in this 3 book arc within the Reed Security Series (sounds confusing but it isn't if you read the rest of the series) was amazing. A rollercoaster ride from beginning to end. Heart stopping in parts, heart breaking in other and yet your heart is full by the end.

I could hardly wait to get this book so I could see what happens with Chance, Morgan, Payton and the rest of the Reed Security guys and their ladies. I was not disappointed when I got this book and did not put it down until I finished. It is face paced, exciting, intriguing, nail-biting, edge of your seat action and with these guys and gals, it is funny as hell at times. The story line picks up from where the last one left off and we are now in Chance's story, as well as Morgan's. Chance was tak ...more

Morgan feels sorry for herself but also for those she cares about – especially once you meet the bad guy. Our author is very good at what she does because every time he appears I give an involuntary shiver – I almost expect to hear some music when he walks into a room. I could never imagine having a person like that in my life – which makes this a great work of fiction.

Chance has had to endure a lot – the author shows that he’s a man of great strength. He’s part of an elite group that will not a

This is book fifteen in the Reed Security series. This book is not a standalone as it's part of a trilogy within so read Sniper and Jackson first. I have had the absolutely pleasure of reading each and every one of these books and I cannot recommend strong enough how amazing this series is. The men and women that you meet, their stories that are shared, the comadrie they share and the crap they do and face, it is all done together. This becomes a very tight knit group that does not always experi ...more

This is the last book in a group of three books within the Reed Security series. It is extremely helpful to read the first two books in the group. That said, I think people would still enjoy reading this book on its own and would pick up on the references to past events. It is about a woman named Morgan with a four year old daughter who has been kidnapped by an evil man called the Broker. Morgan herself agrees to go with another evil man who says he will tell her where her daughter is if she bet ...more

Wes wanted a willing captive and that’s what she would give him. Morgan wants her daughter back, and she begin the performance of her life to ensure he never knows that is exactly what she’s doing, she has to make him believe she’s fallen in love with him.
Chance had been tortured before and survived, this was no different, the guards weren’t trained and The Broker thought he wouldn’t get off the island, but he was a trained Navy Seal. The torture with Chance continued, but he knew he wasn’t dead

It’s been a year of torture and abuse since Reed Security was betrayed and Chance was taken. He is an ex-Navy SEAL who has experienced dangerous and dark situations before, and he is determined to remain strong until they can either escape or his brothers from Reed Security find them. He wants to escape but that isn’t about to happen unless he can find Morgan and ensure that he is able to take her with him as well.

Morgan trusted the wrong man thinking that he would help her find her daughter but

I absolutely love the Reed Security books and this 3 book arc is amazing. After the end of the first two books I was dying for Chance I needed this book more than air. Although most books in the series can be read as standalones this one cannot. You need to read book Sniper and Jackson before Chance.

Morgan is being held captive by the man they call The Broker. She is putting on the performance of her life in hopes to get her daughter back. Chance is being beaten while being held captive. His tra

Chance is book 3 of a 3 book ARC and is book 15 in the reed security series.
This book will pull at your heart strings.
It was a very emotional journey you get to go on.

Chance was taken prisoner and was tortured for over a year. Its was heartbreaking to read what he went through. He was one strong guy and never broke to his captors.

Morgan was also taken prisoner by a psychotic man called "the broker" He's holding morgan against her wil

Chance is book #3 in a 3 book arc in Giulia Lagomarsino's Reed Security series!! First think I will say is that you really need to read both Sniper and Jackson's stories before you read Chance's book!! I would recommend reading the entire series in order as there is characters and backstory woven throughout the books!!
I was hooked right from the beginning all the way to the end, I have loved every book in this series they just keep getting better and better!!

What an end to such an amazing trilogy.

This was one of the most anticipated books of the year so far. From the beginning Chance's story had me gripped and on the edge of my seat. It had me sreaming, crying, cursing Giulia for certain scenes and laughing like a mad person. So my expectations for this last book was really high. There were some bits that I wasn't too mad about, especially during some of Morgan's scenes (don't worry i won't give any spoilers). But I get that sometimes people would r

I knew it was going to be amazing because so much lead up to this one that it had to deliver, and it did in spades! I loved the other perspectives added. It really rounded the story out. I was holding on for every word I read. I really felt everything from Chance. His situation was so gripping and intense that I felt in it with him every step! The descriptions were so easy to get into that I felt like I was right there!
Morgan had me yelling at her one minute and crying for her the next! I was i

I had no idea how the author was going to resolve this - not just with Change, Morgan and Payton - with the entirety of Reed Security. Morgan has to pretend to like Wes even as he repulses her. I cried with her and for her. Chance's captors treat him brutally, but at least he was trained for that. They have to go through so much to be together, just heartbreaking most of the time.

The Reed Security guys are in rare form at times, especially talking about romance novels, and going through "labor"

If you have ever been on a military base that had family quarters, especially among special operators, you will likely have noticed the baby boom. Locked down in a secondary location or two, Reed Security seems to be facing that combo of testosterone, stress, and.,,,,

Meanwhile, Chance and Morgan/ Shula have been captives of very different kinds of torture. Even when a psychopath acts tame, he is still dangerous, as Morgan discovers at cost. Everything that was necessary to keep him from explodin

Although this is book 15 in the Reed Security Series you do not need to have read all the previous books. However, it is book 3 of a story within the larger story and so I advise reading the 2 books prior to this one, Sniper and Jackson before reading Chance. This book is brilliant, the plot had me completely mesmerized, I could not put the book down. I had so much invested in this story and the characters before even starting this book that I was 120% invested in finding out what was going to h ...more

As usual Giulia nails it with third and final book in the 3 part set within the Reed security series. I was on the edge of my seat during this entire book. I couldn't put it down until the last page!!! The painful journey for Chance and Morgan had me in tears over and over again while I read their story. After every thing they went thru in order to get their HEA was such a journey and one that couldn't have been written any better than it was. I was so excited to read this one as it was not only Chances book but also the conclusion to the 3 book arc that had seen all the guys and gals involved with Reed Security on the run, in hiding and fighting for their lives while they also try and work out who is behind the attack on them. What Chance and Morgan go through over the year they are both held captive separately would break most but you keep hoping and being surprised at their inner strength as the thoughts of each other and Payton ke ...more

This is the last book in a three book group that is set within the Reed Security Series. Reading the first two books is highly recommended to have a better understanding of the references to past events.

Morgan is taken by a psychotic man called "the broker" and held prisoner. She is being held against her will because she is looking for her daughter. "The Broker" tricked her into believing that he was going to help her because he knows she will do anything to get her little girl back.

This is part of the Reed Security series, and the third of a three book story arc featuring The Broker. There is resolution regarding Chance, Morgan, and Morgan's missing daughter Payton. There is a lot going on, and as this arc covers the last three books, I don’t want to spoil anything, so I’ll just say that I enjoyed this book-I haven’t read all of the series but I am now definitely going to get Knight! There's lots of difficult things, but also happy things, and stupid things, like the fight ...more

Giulia is a one click author for me, her novels are full of action, suspense, drama, and such hilarity that I can’t get enough.

Chance is the final book in a three book arc (but hopefully not of the series lol) and as such you do need to read the previous two novels.
At the end of Jackson we were left with more questions as to what would happen next (truly trying not to give spoilers) and Chance doesn’t disappoint.

I'm a stay at home mom with a love for romance novels. There's nothing better than reading about a hot, alpha male that makes my heart swoon. I spend most days hanging out with my kids or writing about my next book boyfriend. I love crocheting, sewing, reading, and being outdoors, but in the end, there is nothing better than getting lost in a good book!
