Formally apart of the Kindle World Series Called The Billionaire Dame
What a lovely book. Really nice to see a couple of different backgrounds in the series. One a Billionaire Supermodel and the other a Classic Car fiend and garage owner. Casey Hagen does it again and packs so much into a novella.
The Dame…

Between her beauty, her brains, and her knowledge of cars, Jeremy breaks all his own rules and falls for Val. Her falls hard and fast. Jeremy soon finds himself playing three most dangerous roles he didn't think was at all possible. The first one was the sabotage investigator. The second was the hot lover, fierce protector of this amazing, but fearless woman. This woman is determined to discover who in her small tight and most trusted inner circle wants her dead. However keeping Valentina safe becomes Jeremy’s major challenge. Also the second part was only to not give her his heart.
This book has so much happening in that that it's hard to put down just after one chapter. I was hooked on it and it was so good. The way that Casey packed all the suspense in it was awesome. It maybe a novella but it definitely deserves more than 5*s. Well done Casey

Once again this author excels in giving us well developed characters and an engaging plot in a novella. Something few authors achieve successfully.
We are back in Tallulah Cove and this time the story belongs to Grazi/Graziella Macina and Isaac Cole.
Grazi is an Army helicopter pilot questioning her future in the military. She has time off order and travels to Tallulah Cove to check out her brother’s new girlfriend and decide what she’s going to do with her life. But things change when she ends up dog sitting.
Isaac, a new transplant in town, is the local vet who is enchanted by this strong , complicated woman.
And let’s not forget Hank. The mischievous puppy that will make you laugh.
It’s a story about taking risks in life and love. About second chances and starting a new chapter in life.
If you have read the previous stories, something I would recommend so you can enjoy even more this story, you will get a chance to visit with some of the characters you have already met.
I am looking forward to see what else the author has in store for us.

Graziella Macina, has been in the military for the past sixteen years. She now serves as a Chief Warrant Officer and Army helicopter pilot. When she learns that her baby brother, Sebastian, has fallen in love, she must visit him and check out his new lady. She surprises them only to find that he and Kate are leaving for a two-week vacation. She agrees to stay and care for their dog, Hank, a puppy, a large puppy who desperately needs training. Isaac Cole, town veterinarian, is recovering from a painful divorce and an ex who has falsely destroyed his reputation. From his first meeting with Grazi, he knows he’s in trouble…she is career military and will be leaving soon, but he plans to get to know her while safeguarding his heart. A wonderful, sensuous love story with a strong female lead who finds out that she has a very soft side where Isaac is concerned. Ms. Hagen writes such loving and humorous stories that make you invest yourself in the characters. The attraction and sex between them sizzles, the dialog is witty and smart, and Hank adds more than a touch of humor. Graziella is at a crossroads in her life, should she retire or continue in her Army career? She's taken leave to come home & check out her brother's intended & take some time to think. When she was planning this surprise, she didn't think he'd have plans & wouldn't be there while she was. Or that he'd leave her to take care of his unruly dog.
Issac rebuilding his life after a messy divorce & the lose of his vet practice. He doesn't trust women & doesn't want any sort of a relationship. He's trying not to get involved. He really doesn't want to train an unruly dog or his captivating caretaker.
Ms. Hagen can create a connection with the reader in a short time. This story is a quick emotional read with wonderful characters & a great dog! I enjoyed the interactions between Graziella & Issac. Great story!

I received this book as part of an ARC review. A quick read with some tugging at the heartstrings. A quick read with some tugging of the heartstrings. Grazi comes to surprise her brother and check out the woman in his life but gets roped into dog sitting instead. At the same time she meets Isaac. Isaac was starting over after the ringer his ex put him through. The attraction between Isaac and Grazi is strong and blooms when Isaac helps her train Hank. Grazi is tired of her life in the army and really likes Tallulah Cove. Even when she thinks she lost Isaac to his ex, she makes plans to retire and move to Tallulah Cove. However Isaac is only severing ties to his ex completely so he can be with Grazi. When he goes to her, he confesses his love and Grazi returns it.

Grazi has been in the army for 16 years. She is on vacation and is going to surprise her brother. He has a surprise for her. He is going on vacation himself and leaving Hank with her.
Isaac is a vet that is divorced. He hasn't been attracted to anyone since but Grazi changes that. Now he just needs to get his ex to back off. Will they be moving on together??
