I was speaking with John Cook about a climate communication piece I was working on after a conversation with a US state representative from a rural coastal district. The rep was looking for assistance in how to communicate with her more recalcitrant constituents about the need for climate action, and that led me to work up a piece for the Gen Medium publication (pending).
