I'm not going to write this review up as I normally would because like me you need to go in blind, you need to experience this last book like I did because Devney saved the best for last. This book was everything I was hoping for, this book like the whole series exceeded all my expectations.

Once this landed on my kindle, I was ecstatic until realized I once I read this I have to say goodbye to this world and that I couldn't bare which is why I held off until I couldn't hold off anymore in reading this.

I remember when I first started this series I wondered why the author hadn't gone down that rabbit hole of what I assume the bikers world is like but as we moved through the series more I loved how she played this series out as a whole, it just made it that much more enjoyable, that much more unique, that much more believable, I love this world she has created, one I never wanted to leave, one I would read again..

You guys are in for a treat with this one, a few twists and turns, a few swoony moments, a few sad moments all in all this was such a great way to end this.

Ahhhhh talk about angsty! I really loved how Nova is the daughter of an MC president and decides to get revenge against the rival MC that put her dad in jail. She decides to go after Emmett and sleep with the enemy to get all of his secrets. She doesn't expect to fall hard for him. Emmett is used to sleeping around and living his life alone, but he's starting to become attached to Nova and doesn't want her to leave. She's hiding her true identity, though, and starting to question if she should really try to take him down. Their chemistry was explosive and I was obsessed with the angst in this book. There were also some pretty crazy twists and surprises in here and I think the overall plot of this series was wrapped up so well. This was just a great ending to a really great series. The found family aspect of this series is so special and I felt connected to so many of the characters. This might be my favorite of the six! If you haven't picked this series up, I highly recommend you do!

Emmett Stone has always been loyal to his core and when it comes to his brothers and their families, there's nothing that he wouldn't do for any of them. Falling in love and settling down on his part? That's a complete foregin concept to him right now and he's enjoying his quiet routine single life at the moment. But all of that changes when he comes face to face with a stunning brunette who wants nothing more than one sinful night.

tumblr-inline-p6l08d-FU6-S1voviz4-400

Nova is a woman on a mission and the one thing that she wants is Emmett Stone. Her story is complex, her family ties are dangerous and she's on the hunt for not only the truth, but revenge. But what happens when the further you dig, more deadly secrets arise?

I cannot say enough how much I've adored this series and what these characters meant to me. Everyone was unique in their own way and I loved that the author made every book feel different and not just a continuation. Having Nova and Emmett be the last couple for the series felt really special and to see how everything came back in full circle only made me cherish the story even more. If you haven't read this series yet, please give it a try because it is truly worth it.

If there was a miracle to be had in my life, I wanted it to be him.

I was equal parts excited and sad to get to the last ‘Clifton Forge’ book. I couldn’t wait to get to Emmett’s story, but I hate that this series is over. I’ve truly enjoyed every book in this series and this was no exception

Emmett Stone is the last single guy from his family/club. A girl named Nova comes to town and he is enthralled with her. Little does Emmett know that Nova is the daughter of his club’s rival. Nova is there to get information for her father in prison, but along the way, she realizes a lot of things. One of them is that nothing that she thought about Emmett and his club is what she thought it was.

I’ve loved Emmett through this whole series and though Nova was a new character to me, by the end of the book I thought she was fantastic as well. This was an amazing end to this series and I highly recommend all these books!

First i need to say that i dnf-ed the previous book. Leo and Cassandra were getting on my last nerves. Leo was a POS who abandoned his pregnant ONS, told her he didn't want to see her or the baby and Cassandra was such a dormant h who forgave him way too quickly and tbh she was so pathetic.

Now onto the last book. I was so excited to finally read Emmet and Nova's story and it was ... disappointing. I expected sm more for the conclusion of this series. I couldn't connect to neither of them and i liked Emmet in the previous books so much more bc in his own story he was a pathetic excuse of a H.

"I was falling for Nova.
Maybe I already had. And she wouldn’t use my fucking name."

For a guy whose friends went through some serious shit for trusting wrong ppl he fell in love with a woman he knew nothing about?? They were just fucking how did he fell in love, did i skip some chapters?? He supposed to be the hacker who does background checks on everyone but he didn't do one for the woman who suddenly out of nowhere shows up and no one knows her?? Like i said stupid and unbelivable AF.

There was so much repetitivness,  i was half way through and nothing happened still. IT WAS PAINFULLY BORING!

Nova was so annoying and this rating is mainly bc i couldn't stand her.
Their relationship starts with just sex where Nova tries to manipulate him by sleeping with him?? I must say her plan to seduce him backfired so bad lol. She was srlsy so stupid. She didn't even know what was she doing🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I didn't know if i should feel sorry for her or wanted to slap some sense into her. She was so brainwashed by her father who she didn't even know apart from the occasional visits and that he was in a motorcycle club but he was totally innocent 🙄 she was driven by purely instict and not one logical thought (and she supposed to be a lawyer and planned this for years) which annoyed me the most.

All they did was fucking and eating then fucking again(i started skipping those scenes bc there were so manyyy) and staying at his house. This was 70% of the book. There was 0 chemistry or connection between them or i was reading a different book 🙄

The ending was pretty lacklustre and SO rushed.

This whole book was a letdown and it's such a shame bc i really liked the first books. I guess when you try to milk the main storyline through 6 books you'll get a mediocre ending(and final book) like this!😴

We have Emmett’s story! Holy heck, it was amazing! Once I started this I could not stop! Emmett and Nova stole my heart with every turn of the page.

Hand holding dice Stock Photos - Page 1 : Masterfile

Nova was such an original heroine. She’s got ties that place her into a category that had me on the edge of my seat for much of this book. Throughout most of the story I felt the angst level ratcheting up as the moment of truth grew closer and closer. It placed me into a nail biting bundle of torment.

Couple Out On A Date Together Motorcycle GIF - Couple Out On A Date Together Motorcycle Bike Ride - Discover & Share GIFs

I was already halfway in love with Emmett, but once I learned his whole story, I couldn’t help but fall all the way. I loved how he was with Nova. Even when he wanted to be more than a casual hookup, he gave her the freedom to do what she was comfortable with.

This couple’s chemistry was like experiencing an inferno up close. Mix that in with all the angsty turmoil their story revealed and I was an emotional mess. By the conclusion, I was crying, laughing, and then grinning like a lunatic. Gah! I adored seeing everyone from the series. I can’t think of a better way to spend a day off than a total immersion into the Tin Gypsies!

‘The ace and the queen. Oh, yes. Women fought dirty, especially this one. The queen who’d shove her knife into his back.’

What a way to finish a series with a bang! Devney Perry nailed it in Tin Queen, the sixth and final (we hope not) book in the Tin Gypsy series. What a ride it’s been and what a privilege to be a part of the Tin Gypsies paths to love. It’s been bloody brilliant, and we feel so sad that it’s over, but then again, that’s the sign of a fabulous well-written series that stole our hearts! Tin Queen was the icing on the cake, no, the cheery on top. That final piece that makes it all complete, and what a piece it was. Emmett and Nova’s story was angsty, emotional, sexy, and beautiful. It was a devious suspenseful tale of retribution and love. Of family loyalty, brotherhood, and friendships. The adage of the blood being thicker than water tested again and again. You can’t choose your family, but family is who you chose regardless of blood. We were here for it, and we bloody loved every minute of it. We didn’t want to finish it too quickly, but we could not stop turning the pages. Epic installment in a fantastic series!

“Why is it so hard for you to use my name?”
“Because no good will come of me getting attached to you.”
“Too late…. Too fucking late.”

Emmett Stone is the last of the ‘brothers’ to find love and settle down. He’s also the biggest skeptic about love and family. Except for the intense love he has for his fellow ex-Tin Gypsies, their partners, and kids. He’s content being Uncle Emmett with the occasional one-night stand from The Betsy. We loved Emmet Stone throughout this series but in Tin Queen even more so, if possible. Blindsided by the secretive and beautiful, Nova everything he’s content within life changes but in no way was he prepared for what was to come. Not only that, but he also still has some emotional closure to deal with as well, which makes him somewhat vulnerable, when Nova forces her way into his life. Not that he minds at all…*wink wink*!

‘This woman scared me to death. She had the power to break me, something I hadn’t given to anyone. Ever.’

Still reeling from the revenge attacks by the Warrior MC, Emmett keeps tabs on all the going-ons orchestrated by Tucker Talbot who is finally behind bars. Ensuring that his loved ones stay safe and protected from revenge attacks, he was not prepared for the stunning, scheming, sassy and sensual, Nova. We felt for Nova all the way through Tin Queen, blinded by an incessant need to feel love from her Dad, being accepted and trusted, she tries to finish what was started by getting revenge for her family. But has she bitten off more than she can chew? There is so much more behind Nova’s intentions and convictions. More than ever, she realises herself, this is not just a path to avenge, it is also a path of self-discovery, realising who she is and mapping out a future she wants.

‘She’s slithered into my life like a viper, and I’d let her sink her poisonous fangs into my flesh. There was no one to blame for this but me. I was the one who’d brought her into my bed. Into my home. Into my heart. If something happened, it was on me.’

Passions run high, and Nova’s journey takes a path she was not prepared for. Nothing is easy in love and war and when deceptions, lies, and truths are uncovered all hell breaks loose and she stands to lose the one thing she’s craving. When you find a good man, a powerful kind, and intelligent man. A sexy and passionate man, you do not let others stand in your way of, love.

‘My father’s sins were my father’s sins. I kept telling myself that, though I had plenty of my own to deal with.’

In Tin Queen, we were taken back to when this rivalry began, the heartbreaks that spurred revenge and hostility, and in some ways came full circle, repaired by love and acceptance. Emmett and Nova’s love bridged years of hurt and future tragedy. Love trumps hate. Always. We highly recommend this series to all readers of romance. There is something for everyone to swoon over and fall in love with!

‘Motives aside, it was heady to be wanted by a man like Emmett. To be craved as much as I craved. To be desired by a man I lusted for with every fibre in my being.’

“If you’re looking for your future over your shoulder, you’re turned the wrong way.”

5 stars!

Oh Devney Perry, you can do no wrong! What an absolutely amazing story. A story of family, friendship, revenge, forgiveness and redemption, with unforgettable characters and a stunningly emotional and passionate love story. I loved everything about this book, and it’s a fave for 2021.

This is the final book in the Tin Gypsy series, and is Emmett and Nova’s story. Emmett has been in the background of the last few books, and he absolutely shines in this one. Like his friends, he was a member of the now-disbanded Tin Gypsy MC, where his father was vice-President until he was tragically murdered by rival club, the Warriors. He is still best friends with his club buddies, who he considers family, and he still works at what was the Club’s garage. That’s pretty much his whole life, and even though he’s watched his friends all pair off and find their happy ever afters, he’s not interested in anything beyond casual hook-ups, and is content with his solitary life.

Nova is the daughter of the Warrior’s president – a man who has caused so much pain for Emmett and his friends, and who is now serving the rest of his life in prison. Nova has always looked up to her dad, and even though he was mostly absent from her life, she is determined to win his approval. She is fierce and determined, and though doesn’t know much about club life, except that the Tin Gypsies are responsible for the death of her younger brother and her father losing his freedom, and she wants vengeance.

Emmett and Nova meet at the local bar, and sparks immediately fly. Without sharing names, they have a wildly sexy encounter which gets repeated again, and again, and again. They agree to keep things strictly casual, neither of them looking for a relationship, and it’s a set-up that works well for both of them. Yet the longer they keep seeing each other, the more the connection between them develops, and before too long their casual hook-ups lead to rides on Emmett’s bike, overnight stays, lazy mornings cooking breakfast, and long talks snuggled up on Emmett’s back deck. It’s unexpected, but it’s natural and easy, and they soon realise that everything has changed.

What was wrong with me? It was only sex. This was just part of the plan. So why couldn’t I detach from him?
Every moment spent with Emmett was infuriating because he was so goddamn perfect. He was not who he should have been. He was not the monster I’d expected.

Emmett was so…
everything.

This is such a beautiful romance. I admit I was a little wary at how it was going to play out given Nova’s plans, but we learn so much about her as the story progresses, and I could understand how and why she got into the situation she did. And I could absolutely understand how she fell so hard for Emmett when she didn’t mean to, just as he fell for her, and I loved watching it happen.

“No good will come of me getting attached to you.”
“Too late.”
Her mouth parted on a gasp I couldn’t hear.
I leaned in closer, bending so that my nose was barely touching hers. “Too fucking late.”

These two have such amazing chemistry. The sex is seriously hot, insanely passionate, and there is plenty of it. They connect so beautifully both in and out of the bedroom, and as much as I loved seeing them come together, my heart ached at what I knew was coming.

How had that happened? How had he gone from the enemy to the one man I trusted?

I was expecting angst, and my heart was pounding as I neared the big moment, but rather than angst, it was emotion, and OMG, the feels! I had tears in my eyes as their truths are revealed, and I felt so damn much for both of them. Their situation was unfair from the beginning, and the twists and turns that unfold just add to the complication, and it was one of those situations where you can’t read fast enough, but you also reread sections just to take it all in because the emotion is that intense.

My name, my family, my motivation from the beginning had been a lie. But the moments together, our moments, those had been as real as anything in my life. The moments when we’d falling in love.
I did love him.
He loved me too.

Emmet and Nova are both wonderful characters. They’ve got so much pain in their past, and so much they have to work through, and the growth they show is just amazing. I love how these two individuals, both set on their paths, are completely blindsided by each other, and it changes everything for them. They have so much they have to overcome, and they keep moving forward - brave and honest, with their hearts in their hands – and I so admired their courage.

If there was a miracle to be had in my life, I wanted it to be him.

The rest of the Tin Gypsy crew all become involved, and I loved seeing them all again. I love how dearly loved Emmett is, and how they all unquestionably and unreservedly have his back. And the protectiveness they have over the big, strong biker is gorgeous.

At the crux of the drama in this series has been the MC, and the longstanding war with the Warriors. They all want it to end so that they and their families can finally live in peace, and Nova may be the key to making that happen. But for them to truly have a happy ending, she and Emmett will need to finally forgive the past and trust each other enough to have a future.

It’s such an emotional story with just the right amount of drama, and as much as I loved watching Emmett and Nova’s individual journeys, it was the love story that owned my heart, and OMG, it was stunning!

I hadn’t even known I was lost, yet here I was, found in Emmett’s arms.

There’s an epilogue which finishes off the series absolutely perfectly – giving us a glimpse of everybody’s HEA, and showing just how much this group all mean to each other, and it left me completely blissed out.

I adored this book, and the series is going down as an all-time fave.

5 huge stars!

Tin Queen is the 6th, and final book in Devney Perry’s Clifton Forge series, a small town series set in Montana that follows characters from a disbanded MC. The whole series is MC lite and romantic suspense lite and best read in order! This is an (actual) enemies-to-lovers romance between Nova and Emmett, their fathers were from rival MCs.

Nova is determined to seek revenge for her father and shows up in Clifton Forge with the plan to seduce her way in, infiltrate the disbanded rival MC, and pretty much burn it all down and make the three remaining men (Emmett, Dash, and Leo) pay the way her father has to. Nova’s dad is Tucker Talbot, who is currently in prison for crimes he committed while president of the Arrowhead Warriors MC. Nova sets her sights on Emmett, the only single man in the group. One night at The Betsy, the local bar, Emmett spots Nova and is immediately interested. Both are ready for a fun, no-strings-attached, “we won’t even exchange names”, type of night and head out together to his place where they have a hot night! 🔥 When Nova slips out after their night together, Emmett doesn’t realize he just slept with the enemy…

“Emmett smiled. It came easy. It was entirely sexy. And I liked that he could smile. I also liked that one day, I’d be the woman to wipe that f*cking smile off his face.”

I loved this one so much! This and the previous book, Fallen Jester, are my favs in the series. I loved that this book has a similar start/nod to the first book of the series, with Nova showing up in town ready to pretend she’s someone else and uncover the disbanded MC series (similar to Bryce in book 1). I liked that we have older main characters in this (he’s 38, she’s 32). The chemistry and passion between Emmett and Nova was so apparent from the start. Their casual sex relationship definitely doesn’t pan out when both start to fall for one another. I liked seeing more about Emmett, he not only works at the garage but he’s also a local business investor and property owner/landlord. Nova’s character was interesting and so easy to feel for, she’s been living with so many secrets all her life, pulling off different identities and hiding lies. Her mom and siblings were kind of secreted away from the club life, her father didn’t want his enemies to know about them and only visited occasionally, but now Nova is determined to earn her father’s trust/love. The epilogue with everyone was so bittersweet, I had a great time with this series as a whole and I’m sad now that it’s over. I love the bond of everyone in this group, how close all the heroines have become, their children, and of course how close the heroes and original members of the MC are.

“This was what we were. Clubhouse or not. We were brothers. We showed up for each other until the end.”

What can I say about the beautiful ending to an amazing series? My Tin Gypsy family is trying to move on and stay safe when Emmett meets Nova and sparks fly EVERYWHERE. Both are determined to keep things casual for different reasons. Emmett is looking for some steamy good loving and Nova is out for revenge. I love every single character in this series...well, maybe every single member of the Tin Gypsy family. Each story grips me with the angsty emotional dilemmas and I'm addicted to how the characters are going to overcome their struggles. The way this entire series follows how each former MC member matures and nurtures their family members pulls at my heartstrings. I literally cannot put a single book down and devour them like my favorite dessert. I will be highly recommending these books as one of my favorite MC series because they are so different. The ending was perfection.

„He’d set me free.
We’d set each other free.”

This is such a bittersweet moment, because it’s the last book in the series, but Devney Perry definitely ended it with a bang! Tin Queen is my favorite part of Tin Gypsy, hands down. It’s full of suspense, undeniable chemistry and passion that could melt an iceberg. Emmett and Nova’s story was such a rollercoaster of emotions, addicting right from the first page and keeping me hostage to the last one.

This book is a story about revenge, forgiveness and making peace with the past. From the very first chapter we are thrown into a whirlwind of lies, deception and the need to settle scores. And while the carefully calculated plan looked good from the outside, no one expected the chemistry and passion to be so raw and real. Nova and Emmett played with fire, but oh, how delicious it could be to get burned!

I loved everything about this story. From the determined and strong heroine, confident and sexy as hell hero, to the vulnerability they both had. I liked how the whole MC situation played out and the answers I got. And the romance? It hit me right in the feels and I’m so happy that Nova and Emmett could overcome what should rip them apart. It was an epic conslusion to the incredible series and Devney Perry proved once again what an excellent storyteller she is.

Devney has penned a Heartbreaker that devours you whole, all the while sipping on a cup full of readers tears. It stole my heart, grabbed me in its engaging plot and mesmerizing narrative from the get go. I finished it with a heavy heart cause the pages ended before my heart was done. I wanted more, I needed more, I'm not willing to let these characters go yet.
There's anguish & tears aplenty but the scorching sex is at the pulse-pounding, page-scorching, inadvertantly-moaning level. This is THE SEXIEST book of the entire series, hands down!!

description

When a story has more Goodbyes than Hellos, it walks on a fine line between trickery and dodge and you get invested so heavily, chapters can't come soon enough, pages can't turn fast enough and midnight oil is burnt in gallons because it's AN UNPUTDOWNABLE READ!!

“The true goodbyes are usually the most painful moments in our lives. But they’re a part of it. We survive the goodbyes so when a hello comes along, we appreciate its beauty.”

description

Generally the alphas in romance Genre are very take charge types in a difficult relationships or inherently flawed characters with dominant and obsessive behavior that makes readers swoon and secretly wish for them to be their saviour/lover.
And then there's a reader like me who gets really turned on by a strong female protagonist. inspiring, strong willed and spirited heroine with a touch of kindness and compassion makes a compelling read for me.
Hence this 6th book in Tin Gypsy Series Box Set: Books 1-3 has had me enthralled from book 1, but the finale ends with a showstopper of a book - Tin Queen.

description

“He told me that a king was nothing without his queen. That the two most important cards in a deck were the ace and the queen. You want the ace up your sleeve. And you need the queen at your back because women fight dirty.”

A veritable feast for the literary mind, Devney plays forth the Ace up her sleeve, only this Ace- Emmett Stone is upstaged by the Real Queen June Nova Johnson Talbot. My dreaming heart bounced with joy as the story progressed. A fantastic character with mettle of steel.
Possessed with a clarity of vision, Nova knows what she wants and how to go about getting it.

"This was my choice. This was my plan. Go slow. Methodical. Gain access to Emmett’s life and home."

description

Straight shooter, talks without beating about the bush, cuts to the chase in her spiked Loubitins, this female warrior has misplaced loyalties but her heart and head in total alignment...at least uptil the first three quarters of the book.
Things take unexpected turns and Nova and Emmett are both in for the surprises 8f their lives when they crash into a wall of secrets just around a blind corner. Skeletons tumble out and lie like debris everywhere.
Here's where the book stands apart than the rest.

description

There's nothing cheesy or formulaic about the way Devney negotiates the graveyard of broken trust and shattered hearts, I was taken aback with elated astonishment at how the ending was handled.
The story unfolds in layers and every reveal is juxtaposed with clear treachery laid all bare for readers, all they have to do is read on with a dreading heart cause we know a nuclear explosion is coming.....
I'm so so sad this series is ended now, wish we had more, but trusting Devney I know I'm promised more delightful reads by her soon. That shall keep me going but Tin Gypsies is my utmost fave series in recent times.

“We survive the goodbyes so when a hello comes along, we appreciate its beauty.”

As we bid farewell to Clifton Forge, Montana, we are reminded once again what a tremendous storyteller Devney Perry truly is. With an emotionally charged tale that grips you by the throat from the very first page, Perry serves up the perfect storm to bring together two people who were destined to hate one another. And it should come as no surprise that, in a series that never lacked in twists and turns, she’s saved the best for last.

A beautiful ending to a beautiful series.

Tin Queen is the final book in the Tin Gypsy series by Devney Perry. It follows Nova and Emmet as she plans to seek revenge on the former members of the Tin Gypsy motorcycle club by seducing him to get information that could destroy them.

I was curious and a bit wary to see how this plot would play out. A story that involves a man and his enemy’s daughter who is out for revenge, is going to be complex to say the least. But Emmet and Nova manage to find their way despite all the odds stacked against them. There is an air of mystery throughout the story. But the action really picks up at around 65% and keeps you hooked onto the story with multiple gasp-worthy twists. Despite my resolve to read this book slowly and savour it, I found myself flying through it eagerly to find out what was going to happen next.

Devney Perry has written wonderfully multilayered characters who will dig their way into your heart and refuse to leave. Emmet is a mature, sweet, caring man who is trying his best to move on from his past in the club. But Nova is the character that is most remarkable. Under her sexy, strong, badass persona, Nova is just a scared girl still looking for her father’s approval and acceptance. Their explosive chemistry and angst made this story stand out. This is, by far, the hottest book in the series.

I recommend Tin Queen for readers looking for a romantic suspense, small town story of friendship, brotherhood, revenge, redemption, love and loyalty. This was the perfect ending to this series and I could not have been more happy for picking up Gypsy King all those months ago.

Special thanks to the author and Valentine PR for sharing an Advanced reader copy with me in exchange for my honest opinions.

I don’t want to leave my Clifton forge babies 😭 The last book in this series was the perfect wrap up of the overarching story line. The spice in it was turned up a bit and Emmett was simply perfection. Nova was such a badass. I loved everything

A phenomenal end to a series that is one of my absolute favorites. The final member of the group, Emmett gets his HEA in the sexy enemies to lovers romance.

Here’s what I loved:
Nova and Emmett were fire! Their sexy secret hookups were on point. I particularly loved the fact that Nova couldn’t help falling for Emmett. Real talk, I didn’t expect to love him as much as I did. He went from my least favorite member to absolute favorite in no time flat.
The character development is a real winner here. Neither of these characters end the story as they began it. I truly loved their growth and development.
Catching up with all the crew was so much freaking fun! I love these characters, so getting updates on their lives was so much fun.
The secrets, lies, and intrigue added an additional layer to this story that I truly enjoyed.

Overall, another great read from the master of small town romance. Loved it!

3.5 Estrellas!

Confession: revenge romances genuinely stress me out. As a reader, you know there’s this big secret between the protagonists, and I’m always anxiously waiting for it to be discovered. 🙈 So I was admittedly nervous when I learned that Tin Queen by Devney Perry would have a revenge romance storyline. And not only that, but the hero’s motorcycle club is responsible for putting the heroine’s father behind bars! 😱 As a huge fan of Devney Perry and her Tin Gypsy Series, I started the book nervous, but excited, and resigned to the fact that the you-know-what would hit the fan at some point. 😂

As the secret daughter of the imprisoned President of the Arrowhead Warriors MC, Nova Talbot is not on the Tin Gypsy MC’s radar. She’s free and clear to execute her plan to dig up dirt on the former Tin Gypsies members, setting her sights on Emmett Stone as her way to infiltrate the group of bikers who produced the evidence to send her father to jail. Seducing Emmett was key to Nova’s plan, but what she didn’t plan for was their no-strings-attached relationship turning into something more…

With complex, multifaceted characters who tend to skew towards morally grey, and a narrative that’s rife with drama, betrayal, and deceit, Tin Queen is a story about vengeance and atonement, but it’s also a love story between two unlikely individuals. Nova is a woman who grew up sheltered from the biker lifestyle, yet craves her father’s approval. She’s willing to sacrifice her integrity if it means doing what she’s been led to believe is the right thing. And then there’s Emmett who grew up fully entrenched in the club his father helped found, only to lose his father because of a vendetta against their club. But walking away from the MC life doesn’t absolve him of his sins, or make his past troubles disappear. Nova and Emmett have to ultimately decide if the consequences to their actions - both past and present - are too insurmountable for them to have any type of future together.

Heartbreakingly emotional, intensely passionate, and thoroughly engrossing, Tin Queen is a truly unforgettable final installment in Devney Perry’s Tin Gypsy Series. Nova and Emmett’s romance may be the focus of the narrative, but the author ensures that the tight-knit, fiercely loyal cast of characters from previous books are incorporated into the story. The journey from the beginning has been long, arduous, and filled with twists and turns, yet I’ve enjoyed every single minute of the experience. Fans of the series will sigh and swoon as the book comes to an end, reveling in a conclusion that’s both bittersweet and perfectly satisfying. This is one of the easiest 5 Star ratings I’ve given to a book this year.

Special thanks to the author for my complimentary review copy. 🖤

The plot for this one was like a runaway train heading for a collision and there was little chance of stopping it. But I also could not look away. It is finally Emmett Stone's turn to be taken down by a woman.

Nova is a woman that always was seeking Daddy's time and approval. And after tragedies struck her family, she decided she was going to be the one to take out the revenge...on the Tin Gypsies. She is an intelligent lawyer, but she is ready to sleep with the enemy if she has to. She just did not realize she was going to want to...over and over. It was a bit difficult to truly like her at first due to her manipulations and plotting, but I warmed to her character along the way.

Emmett is the last single guy in his friend group. He is charming, sexy, loyal, and protective. Since the club disbanded, he spends his time as a mechanic, real estate investor, sometimes hacker, and hanging out at the bar. He is a one-night-stand and no-repeats kind of guy. He had no idea what he was getting in for with his newest no-name mysterious partner.

But the chemistry does not lie and neither does the fact that they find themselves thinking about the other all the time and repeating the process. But she has big secrets that could ruin everything. And if she follows through with her previous plans she could destroy them all. But Emmett has some secrets of his own as well. The truth is messy, hard, and perhaps unforgivable. Once trust is shattered, can it ever truly be regained?

This is the last chapter of the battle between the Arrowhead Warriors and the Tin Gypsies. I was not sure how this was going to all play out. I just know I had to keep reading.

These two are a hot mess of past and present issues, but they are also kind of perfect for the other. There were even some secrets I was not expecting.

This installment has it all: Family. Loyalty. Secrets. Lies. Manipulation. Revenge. Regrets. Trust. Forgiveness. Betrayal.

It is tragic, emotional, passionate, heartbreaking, and intense. But it will all come down to being able to leave the past behind once and for all if there is a chance at looking forward to a future.

I enjoyed getting more with all of the other couples and their offspring. This brings this series to its end and it gives us all we needed to say goodbye to these characters.

I received an arc for a honest review.

My 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 right now. I'm so sad that this series is over. Such a 𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥. I 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 this world so much. Hoping and fingers crossed that Devney would be writing the 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.⁣

Excited can't even express how much I wanted this book. But I have to say, it was not like what I 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝. The minute I finished Fallen Jester, I was so intrigued. Nova was the daughter of the villain, and was seeking revenge for her father because he's now in jail. She was going to 𝘴𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘦𝘥 Emmett and to find anything she can to put them in jail. But the more time she spent with Emmett, 𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘰 her father painted him to be. 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦? There was a lot of 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐬. Got 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬 a lot of time. 𝘛𝘸𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘴 will keep you at the edge of your seat. I'll have to say, this is probably Devney's 𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐒𝐓 book up to date. Emmett and Nova 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 𝘶𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬!! 😏 ⁣

The beginning was 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘴𝘭𝘰𝘸, but when it picked up, OMG. 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫. Lol Anyways, 𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐔𝐏 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 if you haven't. ⁣
