Now, we are talking about it. 😁 This is definitely a much more realistic murder mystery story than the first book which read more like a cozy mystery to me. 🙂 The opening scenes of the book was very interesting and engaging. And since I have already read the first book of the series, I was able to follow up the supporting characters more easily and clearly. 😌

Tate and Clay are back at the fetish alley with another gruesome and strange murder case. A man was chocked to death quite literally with a

Im so glad that Tate and Clay have their own spinoff. Like book one, theres been a murder in Fetish Alley and Tate and Clay are the only ones who can get to the bottom of it. Aurelio and Tomas are part of the story and in a tumultuous relationship that I hope well see resolved one day soon. This is actually a pretty light-hearted story, in spite of the murder mystery, with a few other matters taking up a share of page time. The mystery is more about finding proof than of who it is and Taylor ...more

Another 5 stars for the second book in this series. Theres a murder in Fetish Alley and once again Clay and Tate are asked to assist with the case. Im really enjoying Clay & Tate working together, they know each other so well and some of the banter between them is very funny. As for their private life, well, theyre as much in love now as they were before, if not more so.
Taylor and Draven help out with the case...well Taylors psychic scrying skills are needed to help with the investigation. I

Wow.. The second book in the series from a great writer, it includes a blurb at the start of the book which I loved. I loved the start of this, poor Tate but he can cuss. Aurelio from the previous book with Tomas which I'm watching their friendship progressing still have trouble in the Alley. Includes a touch of hotness bondage in a scene, murder to solve, funny banter gods I love them especially Tate, and more. Some of their friends pop in Draven and Taylor with his special talents (I loved ...more

Murder with unique and delightful characters! I love that i get more Clay and Tate working together. I love the dynamics, connection, intensity and playfulness between these awesome characters. The story-line is very creative and the writing flowed. I read this from cover to cover in one sitting. I love M&W investigations and I am hooked on Fetish Alley!

This is the second book of the Fetish Alley series and you really must read book one to fully appreciate this book. I am hooked on these

Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.

This is book two in the Fetish Alley series, but it's not necessary to have read book one, For Fox Sake. Not necessary, but I would recommend you do read it, if only to get a better picture of Tate and Clay, and of the other characters who pop up here again. And you know, since I'm recommending, you should also probably read Feat Of Clay, from the Men of London series, cos that will give you a FAR bigger picture of

4,5 heart review by Roberta

This is another great installment of the Fetish Alley series that Susan has started and I have to say that I was truly hooked on this book. I love that we have an established couple in this series and its about them as solving crimes with the help of their friends and colleauges.

Susan really pulls you into the story and you feel as if no time has passed since you last saw them. I love that Clay & Tate are still around and that we get to see how their lives are

Tate and Clay are backand its so good to see them again! I loved getting to read Tates sassy attitude, and its so good to see that he and Clay havent waned in their want and need for each other. And okay, yes, that also means we get some spicy physical scenes with them and Im never going to be fussed about that ;-)

There are a few different bits of drama going on this time around, the murder of one of Fetish Alleys own being front and center. The cause of death and how it had to have come about

Another great book in this series.

I really enjoyed book one in this series, For Fox Sake, but Death by C*ck was even better. This series follows Tate and Clay, from Susan Mac Nicol's The Men of London series, as they run their investigations business. You can read this series on its own but I really recommend reading book four, Feat of Clay, in The Men of London series first so you get the whole picture of Tate and Clay's relationship.

This series is a bit lighthearted but there is also plenty of

This return to Fetish Alley is just as much fun as the first book in the series. A friendship with alley club owner, Relio, and a solved fetish murder have lead M&W Investigations to be considered friends. When theres another suspicious death in Londons Fetish Alley the two men are called in again. They are trusted and respected and that goes a long way in the Fetish community.

I love the quirky banter in the books and particularly, the relationship between Clay and Tate. Things havent always

I fell in love with Clay and Tate in the first book. Having them back for a second death in Fetish Alley was something I just couldn't miss. I love how Tate seemed much more relaxed and not quite as volatile as the first book. I absolutely love the relationship between the two. I think he is finally over his jealousy of Relio. Aurelio is an interesting character in his own right and Tomas is just indescribable.. We didn't get to see as much of Tomas' personality this time around. I like that ...more

Another visit to Fetish Alley, don't mind if we do!

There's been a death in the alley and it looks suspicious.  Clay and Tate are asked to help out on the investigation.   This is book 2 in this series and Clay and Tate work well together but they make an even better couple 💜.

This is a murder investigation but along the way you meet some fabulous characters and see relationships developing.  There's some great banter between the characters.

Have we become like the official investigators of all

Continuing adventures of Clay and Tate; a fun read

Very low angst, lots of sex, lots of sexual humor among friends. I would recommend reading the author's Men of London series before starting on Fetish Alley. I've come to love MCs Clay and Tate. I enjoy new books showcasing their long-time relationship, their work, and their friends.

This is book 2 of the series and I hope there will be more; there are definitely more stories to explore in Fetish Alley, not to mention the purchase of some

Clay and Tate investigate another death - great read!

Clay Mortimer and Tate Williams return to investigate another death in Fetish Alley. Please read For Fox Sake first as this is a continuing story. Clay and Tate work on their demons and strengthen their relationship, all the while tracking down the person who murdered a taxidermist. This is a very fun quick read - I laughed out loud several times, snorted many more. While there are evil people in the book, it is not noir at all.

Well darn I have another book to put on my tbr list. This book is the second in a series by Susan.
I have read some of her other work and enjoyed it but this series is the best thing she has written. Two men in a relationship being investigators together isnt new, but Susan just writes them so well they jump off the page and into your brain. I could hardly stop reading this book and really hope that she will continue the series. Now excuse me Im off to by book one.

Just when you thought you were going to have an easy day . . .Clay and Tate inadvertently became SMEs of Fetich Alley because of past experiences. They accepted the skill set. Their jobs were pure detection of the how/who/why of the crimes. Lots of interesting characters, I will take pleasure in meeting in previous stories. Nicely drawn out story with warm to hot spots! Clay and Tate play off each other's strengths and weaknesses absolutely complimenting each other. Nicely done! I look forward ...more

I absolutely loved this book. Clay and Tate are back on the case in Fetish Alley, this time solving a murder. Of course, there's plenty of heat and hilarious banter. We also get more of a glimpse into the developing relationship between Aurellio and Thomas. I'm very patiently (read impatiently) waiting for their story. I can't wait to head back into the world of Fetish Alley

This is another fun story in the Fetish Alley Series. Tate and Clay are off on another investigation in the Alley. This one is actually a murder. The story is fast-paced, funny, exciting and hot as hell.

If you like murder mystery, established couples, interesting characters, fetishes, and hot man-sex this is for you.

Another great story to read by Susan Mac Nicol. The Main characters are trying to solve another mystery. They work well together both at home and in the field. This is the second book in the series and it is as entertaining as the first one was.

I've read books by this author for a while now, and I've never been disappointed. So, I'm going to be greedy and say how great a wedding could be in Fetish Alley. And also ask the question of "What about Aurelio and Tomas?"

First a bit of background. This is the second book in a series and I came into this one not having read the first one, and may have missed out on a few nuances in the story. That being said, I did have a few issues with this story. Overall, I felt that the book could have been shortened considerably - story events come and go around the main plot with no seeming rhyme or reason ( I get it, real life maybe?) and seem to do nothing other than draw out the resolution of the murder. With a little ...more
