Any book that tells the untrue story of the end of the bear that Roosevelt “did not shoot” is going to get a severe rating from me, no matter how charming the rest of its contents…

A short and sweet introduction to the teddy bears' history and presence in popular media. Any teddy bear lover would enjoy it. The illustrations are very cute, too, and the hardcover's design with the sleeve and the borders is very aesthetic.
