Miles is pleased to find his mission would take him to London. However, this mission is not quite what he expected and a bit out of his comfort zone. Miles is sent to England to run his own mission with an assist by Nico. Vanessa is the latest redhead to be kidnapped in the past 17 years. My home Country is the setting for this story, not that far from me either. Lots of action, twists and turns that keep this being an excellent and fast paced read, you just have to keep turning the pages. This is book 7 in The Mavericks series and it features Miles and Vanessa. I love how quickly the Mavericks get assistance, answers and even food. She’s a model and his dream woman. This was an excellent read. Pretty realistic with what happens in this day and times. Miles is next up on a mission, he thought he'd have more time after giving Ryker help, but nope, Ryker calls and tells him he leaves now. A slow and easy read until 3/4 of the way through the story and then the story explodes. I didnt mean to make it sound boring because it isn;t. It starts off with a kidnapping, the description of how the victim is being held and the torment from the kidnapper. The blackop guys show up and investigate. I was intrigued with the plot and tried to guess the person behind everything but got it wrong several times. Great read.
