Reading The Realization of Grayson Deschanelle was kinda bittersweet, the final book in the Pine Bluff Series.
The forbidden romance, the age gap, everything about TRoGD was absolutely captivating.
Some intense scenes, you won't be able to turn the pages quick enough.
I think TRoGD is my favorite in the series.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve read many books in Nancee Cain’s “Pine Bluff” series, which consists of 7 stand alone novels. Not always having free time to read, I’ve read them out of order and still have a couple of books to catch up with. It never fails, when I start reading a Nancee Cain book I just can't put it down until I read through to the last page!

The Realization of Grayson Deschanelle by Nancee Cain is one of my favorite reads of 2020 so far! I absolutely loved Alyssandra, Lissy's, and Grayson's relationship! Lissy is 20, about to turn 21, and she has had a crush on Grayson, her sister's husband's brother, since she was 15. This review is bittersweet for me. I've loved the town of Pine Bluff and it's many wonderful characters since the beginning, and it's hard to imagine this being the last in the series. And Nancee Cain really threw all the feels into this one. The Realization of Grayson Deschanelle is an older man/younger woman romance, which is one of my favorite romance tropes. I've read all the Pine Bluff series to date, and all I can really say is that Nancee Cain is a one of a kind author, so I'm a bit sad that this story is the last. Each new book comes up with things that I may or may not particularly read normally, but somehow it just works for me when she's writing it. What can I say about this book? I loved it! With each of Nancee Cain’s books, I find a new book boyfriend. Grayson Deschanelle does not disappoint. He’s a man who has lived his own life, a love ‘em and leave ‘em type. A talented fashion photographer with a choice of any and all women he wanted. He’s mature, sexy, with a delicious accent.

A great ending to such a good series. This book is much streamy then the last few in the series. I love the age gap. I love the twists that happened in this book. It had me gasping at different times. Grayson is swoony. I love the touch of French throughout the story.
Trapped in a snowstorm, desires are taunted and self control is tested. But it's after the snowstorm clears that the real struggles begin.

When you run from your problems you never know where or who you'll end up with But for Lizzy and Grayson, luckily found each other, even though that wasn't the plan. A wonderful couple , as age is only a number and the important thing is the people in the relationship. I always say how great a writer Nancee Cain is and this is another reason to say it again. No matter what happens in life, love can find a way and gives us all hope for ourselves. 10 Stars from me

Grayson and Lizzy are amazing. This story is sweet, surprising, and full of hope. The character interaction is unique and beautiful. This story is very relatable as well in that everyone has had a crush on someone and wondered what it would be like if that person ever felt the same way. I completely love and recommend this book as well as the series to everyone.
Grayson and Alyssandra's story starts as the crush of a teenager. They have many ups and downs in a short time period. Personally I feel Josh got off light for his prank. I almost had to be very unhappy with Patsy, too. But that was put to rights. This is an amazing series and I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed Grayson and Lissy great couple trying to find a way to be together and stay together despite a large age difference. There are a lot of twists in it and I love the characters and the snarkiness of them.

Absolutely in love with this last installment of the Pine Bluff series! Once again I was pulled into the southern world of Pine Bluff Alabama and was not disappointed. Will definitely recommend this series time and time again!
