I love the different perspectives that the author conveyed to make training a habit instead of those we always hear like "no pain, no gain" etc. Training shouldn't be a chore, it should spark joy haha~
I also love the facts, how he addressed the problems we might face, overcoming them and the carefully selected trainings. If I want this, I need to do some serious thinking and plan out how they could fit into my lifestyle.
