Duidelijk beschreven, leest fijn makkelijk. Ik heb tijdens mijn studie eigen bedrijf gestart en dus nauwelijks ervaring over leiding geven. Dit boek legt het duidelijk en logisch uit waardoor ik me minder onzeker voel. Heel fijn!

Legt zeer helder enkele basisconcepten rond leiderschap uit en dus zeer nuttig voor mensen die net starten in een leidinggevende rol. Mist wel soms wat meer diepgang en goed gekozen voorbeelden
