Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).

If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.

Some of the best devotions I've ever read. (3 volumes]

We finished this series in our family devotions at last. We all liked volume 1 and 2 better for the kids since the epistles don't call to mind as many familiar Bible stories, but I still highly recommend it because the doctrine is solid and very rich in gospel comfort. Plus, the length is just right for our kids and the presentation is very accessible to both young and old alike. The topics are not so complex that the kids can't follow, nor is it too simplistic to provide nourishment for the adults in the room. We would gladly revisit this series in the future.
