If you’re multiline insurance agent, I couldn’t recommend this book more. Scott does a beautiful job of conveying the underlying spirit and philosophy necessary to run a highly productive and integrous agency were your rewards will be directly proportional to the value you bring to the lives of the people you serve. I just loved this book. My only problem is that I basically highlighted the entire silly thing, so going back to review it is going a bit of a challenge! I finally had to start highlighting in different colors so that I could distinguish between one awesome point, and another slightly more awesome point. Anyway, great job Scott! I just ordered 10 more copies for my team and buddy agents. Thanks for putting so much of your heart into this book. It really shows.
