Her kiss will rock his world…

Dragon shifter Rhys believes in what he can hold in his talons. A chef with his own restaurant, he is organized, practical, and distrusts surprises. When his firestorm sparks in the realm of Fae, he’s sure it’s an illusion created by the Dark Queen and a trap. Even though he wants a partner and family again more than anything else, Rhys isn’t g

4.5 stars--DRAGON’S HEART is the third instalment in Deborah Cooke’s contemporary, adult DRAGONFATE paranormal, romance series focusing on the DragonFate Warriors –a spin off from the author’s Dragonfire series. This is chef and dragon shifter Rhys, and selkie Lila’s story line. DRAGON’S HEART can be read as a stand alone but I recommend reading the series in order for back story and cohesion as there is a continuing premise throughout. There is a slight cross-over with the author’s Dragons of I ...more

This series keeps getting better. It's full of action, paranormal creatures, steamy romance and keeps you guessing about what's going to happen next. I love the unpredictability of paranormal romance!

When Rhys Lewis, dragon shifter, followed his friends through the portal that opened in the bar Bones in the first book Dragon's Kiss, he finds himself in Fae alone with his firestorm suddenly flaring. Being in Fae, it could be caused by the magic which would mean that it's not the sign of his true

Dragon's Heart by Deborah Cooke is the third of the Dragonfate stories. I did wish when I started reading that I had read the first two books to get a better idea of the evil Queen and her motives. As I continued to read the Fae villain’s actions and goals became clearer. Still one may want to read these books in order instead of like me going back down to begin at the beginning of this spin-off series.

Rhys story is one of distrust and confusion caused by the Fae. He nearly misses finding his ma

I love this book. I've been hooked on this Dragon series by Deborah Cooke from Kiss of Fire and still hooked, looking forward to more adventures. These books are a story within a story within a story, always moving forward centering on a main couple with familiar appearances and help from favorites from previous books and hints of what's next. This was a great read, in which I found myself so into the story that I lost track of time. This is an epic fanasty series with a love story, two of favor ...more

This was a very well-written, entertaining book. Lila and Rhys are very attracted to each other, but they don't know what they can trust, and there is danger around them. I loved getting to know each of them and the partnership they developed. The book moved quickly and I didn't want to put it down, but didn't want it to end, either. This book can be read as a standalone story, though it is #3 in the DragonFate Novels series. I enjoyed this book and can't wait to read the next book in this serie ...more

Deborah digs deep into the paranormal, shifter world to pull us into a world of intrigue, murder & mayhem, evil Fae. Grab this page turner to see if the dragon keeps his heart. Loved it!!❤❤❤ I volunteered an honest opinion for this book.

Wow this story seriously had a LOT happening... With so many Gillian's, so much drama and so many problems it's no wonder Lila and Rhys didn't have a ton of time to build a relationship, but their love was there and saved the day in the end. Wondering just where this series is going next. ...more

Too many characters and plot threads. The villains managed to win too often, and sadly, it’s because the heroes are making too-stupid-to-live choices. Very frustrating and hard to forgive at times. I’m glad it ended well and at least one villain was defeated.
