This was ok. If you're looking for some great guided meditations, I'd recommend almost anything that Kelly Howell has produced. They're longer and focus on one topic- I felt that these moved quickly from affirmation to affirmation without sufficient time in between practices and I didn't like them as much. The second CD of meditation music is groovy though.
