It might be easier to hit my reading goal this year than I thought! The pages introducing “round” and “triangle” are a favorite around these parts, because my baby has taste.

Colorful, but words not all that original (the triangle is triangle shaped???)

I kind of want to give this 3.5 stars, but since my most common book rating seems to be a 4 I usually round down when I'm in the middle....

An old book of my sister's that my parents brought back out when Gavin was born. We love Spot, so I have a soft spot for the whole series. This one just has Spot showing off different personal possessions and saying what shape they are. (What a lucky dog to have his own kite...)

My sister loves to make fun of the "Spot's triangle is a triangle shape" page. Couldn't they have found anything else that's triangle-shaped? Although it's funny to think of a dog playing the triangle....
