Light and fluffy story of three guys from New York who decide to make their way to New Mexico in the aftermath of the St. Louis World's Fair, thinking they will bring sophistication and polish to that dusty little corner of the old west.
Not bad.

Lighthearted read

What an enjoyable way to pass the time! I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I began reading Ragtime Dudes in a Thin Place by Richard Gartee (or what that wacky title could mean) but I am glad I decided to give it a try. A lighthearted read, this book has me laughing out loud at certain parts and smiling and nodding my head in others ( "Never pass up a chance to pee." - it's true, I've said it often myself) . A great read!

I really enjoyed reading this well-written novel. Mr. Gartee brought the time & place to life with characters who made me laugh out loud.
