My coworker brought me some beer bread and I fell in love. This book caught my eye.
Besides bread there are other recipes; Vienna Lager Veggie Cheese Spread, Pumpkin Ale Ginger Loaf and Pale Ale Cheeseburger Snack Rolls.
Great for a change, get togethers or weddings.
Highly recommended.

Great flavor combinations
I saw this book reviewed in Mark BIttman's blog and tried the Pilsner Pepperoni & Cheese rolls from there, they were delicious so I bought the book! After a quick flip through I have bookmarked a number of recipes to try - I see lots of soup in my future so I have an excuse to make bread to go with it! ...more

I have relied on this book so many times during the pandemic! The latest recipe was the chocolate oatmeal stout chocolate almond spread--made jars of it for Christmas as it's very versatile. I also really like the IPA and cheddar bread! The book made me less afraid of yeast and it's very easy to follow.
