I have a wonderful life. I have no room to complain; between my brothers and their new mates, this is the most alive our home has felt since my parents died. Unfortunately, all of them being mated is making me miserable. When it was just the four of us, it was us against the world. Now they’re paired up and it’s only me and my dragon, Kesia. Until I happen to

This is the fourth book in The Brotherhood of Ormarr Series. So overall, I thought that this was the best book of the series. It had more of the overall series plot in it. Which was a bit of a problem for me as far as the other books are concerned. I think that there should have4 been more in the other 3 books. The first book all there was for me was the relationship between the 2 MC’s. Which is fine if that’s all your going for but when you care a plot through a series it needs to start in the ...more

I really enjoyed reading this MM fantasy romance & I found the characters quite well-developed and realistic with their emotional feelings, there is a lot of interaction between the characters of the previous books incorporated into this book but the reader does not get confused. The dragons are realistically portrayed with personalities & intuition. The story-line is interesting and well-written with a intriguing plot, that keeps the readers’ attention. This is the fourth book & the ...more

3.5 Stars!

I was lucky enough to get an ARC of this book but it goes live on June 10.

This is the conclusion of the 4 book Brotherhood of Ormarr series. Due to an overarching storyline I recommend reading each book in order.

This book feels like reading multiple books in 1 because we have Kite finding his mate love story, the conclusion of the story arc, and a long epilogue.

I absolutely loved the love story! I think these authors were genius in reigniting hope in all my fellow nerds with this one!

As expected, everything comes to a head in this final book of the ‘Brotherhood of Ormarr’ series, revelations clarify what has really been going on, and the political machinations set in motion by various parties reach a boiling point. The alternative reality of these stories with its special tweaks has a lot to offer, and I have really enjoyed the creativity of its authors that has given me four wonderful adventures. In this fourth volume, the focus is on Malachite, the second oldest of the Orm ...more

Dragons, snow-globes, magic rings and books with amazing action! Wow, what a story! I loved the idea of courting your mate, it created a really sweet element to this story. The story-line had me glued to my kindle. I really loved Malachite and Quentin, they were incredibly real and touchable characters and i am not ready for them to leave me. The writing was wonderful and i am so glad that i read this book!

I spent several hours reading this really well written story and i was not ready for it t

I rounded my rating up because I really have enjoyed this series, and liked Malachite and Quentin themselves. Unfortunately, I didn't much like the way that the overall story concluded.

There were too many unanswered questions for my liking. If Quentin's qualification for his ability was purity, how did the Order recognize him? What did the villain think would happen once Quentin wore the ring? Did he think that the gate would just open? Did he not know that he needed the book and knife

This was a wonderful conclusion to the series, focusing on the largest of the Ormarr brothers. Malachite’s personality as the gentle but fierce giant of the group has been built up over the series and just explodes on his and Quentin’s story. Whilst we haven’t seen much of Quentin but he charms quickly and the relationship development between Kite and Quentin has a different, slower-paced feel that the three previous brothers. Whilst the main kind of story has been dropped in across the series a ...more

Gigantor - really?

I mean, as far as terms of endearment go, that's pretty bad. I actually really hated it. There were parts that didn't come together well for me, for example - Quinn had issues with his dad, the author makes it sound like a huge piece of the story, like it will be a big deal when it's first brought up. However, when the time comes, it has nothing to do with the plot, and it's kinda glossed over. The book would have been fine without it. Also, the end to the brotherhood aka the c

I couldn't wait for Malachite's book even though I knew that it would be the last story in the series. I loved this gentle giant from the first time I met him. Quentin could not have been more perfect for him. I was not shocked or surprised by one of the bad guys because I just knew it was this person. And let's just say, they got exactly what was coming to them. A lot went on in this one & I just can't spoil it, even though I want to. A lot of awesome surprises happen that I never saw comin ...more

This conclusion to the series was wonderful. Malachite is the last Ormarr brother to find his mate. He's become lonely, after seeing his brothers mated and wondering when it will be his turn at happiness. When he comes across Quentin in his antiques shop,he can hardly contain himself. He's a gentle giant and hasn't found anyone willing to accept him with what he sees is a serious flaw, his height. Quentin gives him a run for his money in that department. Malachite becomes a bit of a bumbling foo ...more

Malachite is the perfect finale to a wonderful series. What is there not to love about a gentle giant who is also a fierce warrior (Kite) finding his true mate who is everything that is good and loving and also dragon obsessed (Q)!

This story is full of kindness, love, family, history and so much more. I have eagerly been waiting for Malachite's story and gobbled it up in one sitting. The words on the page bring to life a world full of wonder and delight. Kite and Q couldn't be more perfect for e

I’ve been looking forward to reading this one. Was it worth the wait? Absolutely!

Malachite finally meets his mate and he stands there like a dummy, ignoring his mate’s hand with his mouth wide open lol. Poor Kite was a hot mess around Quentin - I’m surprised his shop was still standing, especially in light of Kite’s clumsiness lol. Kite was adorable, sweet and funny.

Kesia was beautiful and I loved ho

Lots of action and sweet heroes.

This is the fourth book of the Brotherhood of Ormarr.
I have enjoyed the series very much. But I think this last book has a special spot.
Malachite and Quentin have to be one of the most adorable couples ever.
It was a good read with a mix of action and sweet adorable dragon romance. Watching Malachite court Quentin gave you all the feels, the type where you pull the book away and sigh.
The story is wrapped up nicely and with the twists, you’d never know who was g

4.5* Good ending

This is the last book in this fantastic multi author series, Malachite is feeling lonely, as his brothers have all found their mates and as of yet he has not. While in town he meets shop owner Quentin, the one man to turn him into a goofy, clumsy klutz. As well as Malachite finding his mate, we have the conclusion of the overarching storyline of the Order of Amstel and the unrest that they have been causing. Making this book action packed and slightly longer than the others.

I love Malachites mate Quentin and of all the men in the series I relate to him the most.  With his love for books, his wish for a world of magic and his love for animals. And I absolutely love the way all the dragons respond to Quentin and how loving an protective they are of him. And Kites reaction to Quentin is hilarious.

There's pain and horror in the wake of the war against the Order, but also wonder, love and an amazing family that will do everything to keep each other and the innocent safe

This is the last book in the Brothers Ormarr series and by far the best one yet. Malachite is the
last single brother to find his mate Quentin. They are both such loving men and their story is really one out of the fairy tales. The ending was quite epic, and the traitor was revealed. Surprise await our dragon riders when all is said and done. I hope that someday the authors will give us another glimpse into this fantastic world they have created for their readers. Congratulations ladies, and than

Wow what a wonderful conclusion to an amazing series of dragons and magic! I really loved the whole concept of being paired with a dragon (when of age) and having them be by your side for your whole life! I really loved the idea of the dragon magically blending into a tattoo on their arms! I really love how Malachite got his HEA and love all of the little dragons who become fierce warriors! So happy that the authors included an epilogue, but also sad that the series is over! This was a fun book ...more

Malachite by Michele Notaro and Sammi Cee
Is the fourth and final book in the Brotherhood of Ormarr series and does a fantastic job of wrapping up the overall plot arc, while also delivering a great love story between Malachite and Quentin. This story was just amazing with all the fantasy aspects here... there are dragons and magic!!!! The characters are funny, sweet, sexy... just overall making you fall in love with everyone in the family. I especially love the ending.

I don't want this series to end!! I've loved reading each book and so enjoyed reading each brothers story. Every book has captivated with its mix of dragons, romance and fantastic storylines. I thought
Malachite and Quentin were so adorable and I loved how their story unfolded and everything about this book is paced just right.
Will definitely re-read this series, brilliant!!

This can’t really be the end!!

Even though I don’t want this to be the end, this book was a great conclusion to the series. I really loved Malachite and Quentin as a couple and Kesia view on humans being complicated was funny. I also really enjoyed the epilogue and hope the comment made by Az about Q means there may be more to come down the line.

Great end to the story

I need to go back and review all of the books. I think this was my favorite. I have to admit that I was so caught up in what the heck was going on with Q, that I totally missed what happened to the baddie. But I really don't care. Sweet characters, neatly tied up ending to a cool series.

Malachite’s book is the perfect conclusion to the Brotherhood of Ormarr’s story!

-sweet couple
-action packed
-happy ending for everybody

-Q’s backstory was a little weirdly told in the story
-the conflict surrounding the entire series was ended a little bit anti-climatic

All in all, a really great read for dragon and HEA lovers!
Wow wow wow

I loved this series, but this last book is my favourite hands down.

It was bittersweet, funny, amazing.

I loved loved loved Quentin. He was absolutely amazing.
Malachite was perfect for and with him.

I am so sad to see it end (wouldn't mind more), but it really was the perfect ending (and what a great epilogue)

Excellent series!

Malachite is the last book of The Brotherhood of Ormarr series and I didn't want it to end! In this book not only did Malachite find his mate Quentin but it also brought an end to the head of the Order.
I hope that these authors continue with this world in some way!

Loved it!

I enjoyed all 4 books in the series but I think this one is my favorite by little bit. I loved that Kite is a big softy with his family and a clumsy in his wooing of Quinn. And Quinn is such a sweet person! Lol him and the dragons! I hope there is more to come but if not this series made me happy. 😁

I’m married to an awesome husband that puts up with me and all the characters in my head—and there are many. We have two young boys who also put up with me and my craziness. We live in Maryland with our two dogs and a fish. And yes, I had to include the fish, otherwise my three boys—hubby included—might just disown me. They love that damn goldfish we won at a carnival. *sigh*
