I’ve been training my entire life for this; I need to be the best, the best fighter, the best dragon rider in the entire brotherhood. This is what I was born for. The only problem is that my bonded dragon, Bodhi, and I can’t seem to get it together. One minute I think we’re connecting properly, and the next she’s taking off, leading me to the one guy I don’t want to...more
Eeli’s the youngest Ormarr brother and with his dragon, Bodhi, they are the babies of their families. At eighteen years old, he’s just bonded with Bo, and he struggles to keep her in line during school, especially when she tries to escape his tattoo while Eeli’s in class. People think he’s crazy, especially Slash.
Slash is the goth kid of Eeli’s high school. He’s always late, has the rebel attitude and no ambition in his life… at least that’s what Eeli thin ...more
Eeli's story is as funny and sweet as the previous two. I thoroughly enjoyed Eeli's journey of finding and keeping his mate. They were super cute and adorable together.
These young men bonded through adversity.
A great story of love, grief and new beginnings.
I can't wait for Malacite's book!!
This is a very sweet love story between Eeli and Christian/Slash. The characters are well developed and the storyline flows smoothly. There is a storyline to this book, but not much plot advancement in the series.
Eeli is the youngest of the Ormarr brothers. As we saw at the end of the previous book, Zale, Eeli has finally bonded with Bodhi, his dragon. However, he feels extreme pressure to be perfect in every way in order to live up to his family's expectations. He's great with cl ...more
Eeli is the youngest Ormarr brother and has just fully bonded with his dragon Bodhi. He's struggling with her when at school though as she tries to come out at the most inopportune times, namely when Slash is around. Slash has his own troubles with school work and ensuring his sister is looked after whilst they live with their drunk uncle after their parents passed away three years ago. My heart went out ...more
EEli just wants to graduate already. Since their bonding when he turned 18, his dragon Bodhi gets upset every time they are around Slash. But Eeli can't stop looking at his eyes, and his singing voice enraptures EEli. But he's a bad boy, right, not his mate. Slash is hiding from the world. Caring ...more
Eeli continues The Brotherhood of the Ormarr dragon rider series and while each story features a new pairing, the books work best read in order as all the characters connect to each other, as well as the larger story. Eeli is the youngest and the smallest of the brothers. He was young when his parents were killed and his brothers, especially Azaran, are like father figures to him. People underestimate him because of his size, but Eeli has been training hard and he ...more
First of all I need to state how much I LOVE this series. The world that has been created by these amazing authors is magical, exciting, funny, heartwarming…I could go on and on…
The next thing I need to state is how much I adore Eeli and Slash but I wanted to smack them in the face in the beginning so they would just talk to each other and realize what is right there in front of their faces.
Eeli: Strong, fierce, protective, and oh so sweet. He is a great mix of stro ...more
PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!
To my ratings:
5* - very very good and rare (it would be a Blow-
‘Jesse's Smile' or ‚Joey’ from Angelique Jurd,
‘Save the at he kids' series from EM Leya,
‘Love’s Tethered Heart’ from C.L. Etta or
'Liberty' from Seth King),
it's like an A+
4* - very good and will be often reread and is a
WOW-book with interesting plot and surprises
(like most of Andrew Grey’s books)
it's like an A
3,5* - a really good book, which will be reread a few
Eeli is book 3 in The Brotherhood of Ormarr series and it needs to be read in order since there's a continuing storyline that started in book 1.
I was a bit wary of reading Eeli, mostly because I need to be in a special kind of mood for YA (I know I'm weird)—and while it's labeled NA, these guys are 18 and still in high school, so for me it's YA, sorry—and frankly, after reading the first 25% I put it down until this weekend, and then when I picked it up again, I devoured it!
I loved bo ...more
We learn more about the brotherhood and the destructive conspiracy that is threatening the dragon riders. Eeli and Slash/ Christian are really great characters and i am looking for ...more
This one was very underwhelming which was disappointing considering how much I was looking forward to Eeli’s book. The inconsistencies were very annoying. I understand that with so many authors participating in this series that it might be difficult to maintain the storyline wanting to make it your own but it was very distracting. Just one example was the nicknames. If everyone calls Toby Doc why was that never in the first two? Same with Kite. And in the book Eeli goes from saying he onl ...more
Eeli, pronounced eye-lee, is the youngest Ormarr brother. Eeli is graduating, just turned 18, just bonded with his dragon, and feels like he has to be the best at everything. Eeli is also making a complete fool of himself every time he's around a certain green eyed classmate.
Slash just wants work, make sure his sister, gets to school, make sure his sister is fed and cared for. Slash hasn't has friends since he started this school and has not bothered ...more
I was waiting for Eeli's story after the first sentence of the first book of the series.
Eeli came to age, and his bonding with his dragon is due. But with bonding came something else too. It seems his dragon, Bodhi, is as restless as she never was before, putting him in awkward situation in front of Slash, the resident goth boy of his high school.
Eeli being always the achiever, can't let Bodhi's out of normal behavior cost him his valedictorian speech!
Slash always late from his first ...more
This is book 3 in the Brotherhood of Ormarr series. Each book focuses on a different couple but should be read in order due to an overarching storyline.
Book 3 was different than book 1 and 2. I felt like this one was more juvenile which it should be since it is a love story between 2 high school students. This story was slower paced than book 1 and 2 which was ok because the MCs had to wade through a TON of past hurts! That being said, I felt like this one didn ...more

Bodhi, Eeli's dragon, definitely added some funny moments with her antics! I also really love the theme of family in this series with the brothers and Slash's sister!

What a great addition to The Brotherhood of Ormarr series. I have loved these dragon stories and Eeli was such a treat to read. This group of authors have managed to create and maintain a wonderful storyline full of family, love, adventure, humor and so much more.
Eeli and Slash/Christian's story was a punch in the heart. So much has happened to these two young men during their short life. The strength each one has is amazing to see. I loved getting both of their point of views, seeing how each f ...more
I discovered I had been mispronouncing Eeli's name in my head for at least two books (it's pronounced eye-lee, and I'd been reading it ee-ly) so that was a bit of an adjustment, and I wish that tiny detail had ...more
While I loved their relationship between Eeli and Christian, the larger concern seemed to just fade away in this book. We only had one instance of the Order showing up, and then there was no follow up by the Ormarrs to figure out what was going on. How would kidnapping Eeli have started a war? What made scar guy doubt how lethal any of the brothers were? What are the consequences for the person who was summoned at the end of the last book f ...more
