The heroine: Ashley - she was born in the uncivilized part of the universe where slavery is legal. Ashley was considered pretty enough to be taken into a mobster's personal service instead of being sold to a brothel or worse. However, her mobster just lost 30 slaves to the Aurelians and with four important bullfrogs (a larger version of the disgusting Toad race), whom he promised their pick of the slaves at auction. Since the slaves were lost, the mobster decides to put his own in the auction, including Ashley.
The Heroes: Evander, Conan, and Augustus - They are a Triad of Rogue Aurelians. Aurelians are 7 feet tall, muscular warriors with marble-white skin, who live thousands of years. Only males are born to the Aurelian Empire as clones once the previous Aurelian dies of natural causes. Each Aurelian has to spend 100 years in the military before their life is their own.
The Story: Since many Aurelians have died in combat, this is causing an ever-smaller population and the Empire had feared they would eventually die out until it was found that human females could be the fated mates of a triad. This bonding increases the strength of the triad and of the human and increases their life expectancy to match their mates. Aurelians go into mating heat with their fated mate until she is bred and then it doesn’t happen again until after the baby is born, so one human female can countless children over her long lifespan.
During the first week of their 100 years of service, Evander, Conan and Augustus were given an order, along with their company of warriors to clear out a Scorp nest. What they saw there nearly broke them and when only the three of them escaped with their lives, they went Rogue and on the run from the Aurelian Empire who they now see as weak. The Scorps were worshiping an Orb (a power source used by Aurelians, which they now think might be sentient), which made the Scorps faster and deadlier than any they have seen or heard about before. So, the triad decided to give up on the Empire, go back to the old ways and find their fated mate.
Evander, Conan and Augustus arrive at the city on the planet Reena in time for the auction, they plan to sell their Reaver along with its Orb for a small fortune. Now that they are Rogue, they no longer have to follow Aurelian laws against slavery. The three of them don’t plan to lose their honor, they still know the difference between right and wrong, but since they are just arriving on this unlawful planet, they need to fit in and appear to condone slavery. They hope to eventually tame the planet and make it their own.
This is the third book from Corin Cain that I have read in the last few days, and I find that I am really loving them. I love alien romance anyway, since it is often a nice vacation from some darker, heavier romance. I also like to get away to new worlds in my reading and this type of romance really fits the bill on that. The three books I have read are each from different but connected series and I have really enjoyed them immensely.
They are super steamy, which isn’t unusual for alien romance, but I find the intimate scenes sizzling hot and all three books so far have had a ton of great action and suspense. The writing is good and there isn’t much to complain about. And though a triad of 7-foot-tall aliens with 12-inch packages the width of baseball bats really wouldn’t be my cuppa tea in real life, it is kind of fun to read about. Plus, I love alien romance where it is more Star Wars and less Conan the Barbarian.

I was completely enthralled by this slightly dark reverse harem alien romance but sadly this is the third & final book in the series “Rogue Aurelians”
The characters are well-developed with individual personalities and react with realistic & believable emotional feelings to the unusual & unexpected situation they find themselves in. The story-line and plot is interesting & intriguing, well-thought out and written.
There is: a young female slave is taken from her master’s home & placed on a slave auction (Ashley), the rogue triad of Aurelian alien soldiers that buy her (Conan, Augustus & Evander), twists & turns, intrigue, suspense, action, various kinds of aliens, orbs, bonded mates, danger, enemies, threats, deceit, betrayal, memories, devious plans, shame, a slave auction, strange attraction, temptation, gambling, emotional turmoil, conflict, murder, revenge, choices, compromises, determination, declarations, acceptance, happiness, steamy scenes and a well-deserved satisfying conclusion.
I really enjoyed reading this reverse harem alien romance & would recommend it to people who like to read this genre.

I enjoyed this book. I even let out a loud YES at one part of the book. Then about 75% into the book there was a lot of long winded inner dialogue. Then it got good again at 95%. I really did enjoy 80% of this book. I like my books a little more steamier.

While i have read all of the books and they all were great, as is this one, but i found it completely different. And i really didnt know what to think of the mens circumstances at first, but as the story went along i fully got into the story. I have to admit though that i admire this Authors courage in telling the mens story of how they are the last ones standing. At first i thought they were cowards but when it came out that the scorpions had a orb i quickly changed my mind..lol
But all all honestly i really did enjoy this book and am thoughly looking forward to the next, wherever it may take us.
The three Aurelians Evander, Augustus and Conner all have dark memories of what they did and saw that one day went all went downhill. They are the only Warriors left of that fateful day and now they are in their ship heading for a planet. Something has led them to this planet, they have been asked if they want to purchase a slave. They are not into buying slaves, but their plan is to buy some and release them as free people once more.But when they see the women that are Auctioned they know she is the one for them
Ashley has been a slave for a very long time for Peter, and now she is finding herself at an auction and three large Aurelians are bidding for her against the toads. She has sworn to protect her best friend , so when the Aurelians take her away she pleads with them to rescue her. Ashley comes to like her big men but is conflicted about the differences about been a slave and been bonded, thinking that they are one in the same. Can she truely trust these three to really protect her and not to become a slave to them.

Ashley is a slave for the biggest slave dealer on the planet. When he discovers that the women he was going to put on auction to the Toads, his second in command suggest he put some of his women in the auction. Ashley and 19 others are put on the stage and she notices that the Aurelians are staring at her. They manage to buy her from out of the Toad bids. From this point life for all of them becomes chaotic and the desire between them all are intense. Will Ashley actually be their fated and will they manage to rid the planet of slavery?

Ashley has been a slave all her life. At the whims of a Master who can do anything he wants with her. Conan, Augustus and Evander are in their first week of serving the Aurelian Empire's 100 year service when they are sent with other warriors to take out a Scorp Hive. As they fight and watch their brothers get cut down and killed Evander tells his bond brothers to run. They are now considered rouge Aurelian warriors that if the Empire finds them they will be put to death. The three Aurelian's end up on planet Lipa. The Aurelian's go to an auction where they end up finding their bonded mate. Ashley doesn't understand the bond and is scared of the bond but after being told about how the Aurelian's will do everything in their power to protect her, care for her and do everything in their power to make her happy she is ready to find out if she is their Bonded Mate. What an awesome story. Corin Cain writes a fantastic story and you end up getting so involved that you find you are done with the book. I hope she can continue to write about the Triad of Aurelian Warrior and their search of their Fated Mate.

I've read about the Aurelians before I read this but there are enough references to who they are and their beliefs in this book that this can be a standalone. The book begins with the triad of Evander, Augustus, and Conan who have made a difficult choice. Now they are rogue, go to a planet and want to take it over to rid it of its criminal element and to hopefully find their fated, bonded mate. Ashley is on the planet and has been a slave since she was 18. Her boss is the biggest mob boss on the planet. She is kind, caring, smart and loyal to her friend, Danielle. Her boss decides to auction off some of his girls to fellow criminals he wants to do business with, the Bullfrogs. What follows is an intense story that will have you on the edge of your seat at times. The characters were well written and described. Of course there will a connection and some steam with delayed gratification. As much as I loved the guys and Ashley, I found Draven to be really special and would love more of his story.

Highly recommend this series and most recent standalone trilogy
For adults only (18+ years old). Contains subject matter may be offensive to some, including violence and detailed intimate scenes (i.e. menage between human female and three Aurelian warriors).
This alien romance series continues to be a guilty pleasure. The characters and storylines are well defined and have a sense of adventure, rage, fear, and hope. This story in particular had the ability to really be fabulous, but the ending felt rushed and fell a little flat when compared to the other trilogies involving the Aurelians. There does seem to be quite a few grammatical errors but not as many as previous stories by Corin.
So if you like to lose yourself in a futuristic storyline that involves hot, hunky and huge aliens, then I highly recommend this series. Although these can be read as a standalone story / trilogy, they are far more enjoyable if read in order.

Needs an editor
I really love this series. I really enjoy exploring the different views of the empire and the different fates mates.
I am getting progressively more disappointed with the editing, though. I’m awful at SPaG so it’s bad when I get frustrated with it. There are just a lot of thoughtless spelling mistakes that seem like a simple read through would have caught. There’s also a lot of word repetition in sentences. It can really take you out of the scene as you’re reading.
The other issue I had was that you didn’t learn about the trio with the main character. In the very beginning you learn of why they’re rogue and their biggest emotional hurdles. There is no other character arc for them. The main character doesn’t learn this until almost the very end of the book. It makes the moment seem less when she does. It never feels like they fall in love organically.
Good author. Good series. Okay book.

This SciFi is just one of the best I have read - ... this one has quite a good storyline and the characters are really creatively beautiful and good and villaineous and just right for this story. What troubled me throughout and is the reason for me giving this one beautiful four stars in stead of the fabulous five are all the grammatical errors and typos and wrong words as in one place there is suddenly ... world... when there could be no other possibility than ... word... small things like that but when combined in total, worth a star down. Sorry about that, but I really hope the author will have this better edited before publishing. Otherwise really great to read and utterly one of those you can´t put down from start to finish.

Another great Aurelian book! I just love them. Ashley current owner is auctioning her off. A triad of Aurelian's purchase her. She is the only one for them. The triad are drawn to her. Evander, Augustus and Conan, Rogue Aurelians. However they just became rogue because they ran away from a Scorp infested planet. Their team died fighting Scorp that were worshipping a huge Orb. They would have died too if they stayed. Evander, the leader, made the decision.
Triad felt so guilty about surviving. They land on a planet and hear about a slave auction. They decide to go even though they were brought up to think slavery was an abomination. They would bid on one female only. That's when they see Ashley, a beautiful and curvy girl.
Will the guys get their happily ever after with Ashley? Is she their fated mate?

Ashley was a slave purchased by a bonded triad of "Rogue Aurelian Warriors" believing she was their fated mate. There was an attraction between them that was undeniable but Ashley feared the bond and fought to escape. This book was a short intense read, the characters came alive as I read about their tortured past and their hope for a better future with children of their own. There was danger and much bloodshed before they were able to seal the bond between the four of them. I admired the strength of purpose the warriors showed overcoming an enemy to win their mate and a future for them all.

This is another good read by Corin Cain.
This can be read as a stand-alone but fits well as an off spin of the the first series
Small spoiler
Another trio seeking and rescuing a woman whom they believed was their fated mate.
This trio has fled a battle which wipes out the rest of their comrades. The orb which has always been worshipped by the Aurelians was being used by their enemies. If the orbs are sentient then the next books are going to be interesting
I like this spinoff but prefer another of the spinoffs - the Scorpion Blood Tribe

Three Alien warriors want to be free from the rule of a human Queen and ditch their obligation to their race as well as their planet. A Slave that fills every waking moment with thoughts of freedom.
For the Warriors Slavery was a big no-no, but on this new world, you have to get in to fit in. To act as if they condoned slavery was almost too much, up until they stumbled on the scent.
I can imagine being on an auction block, being sold to a Toad., but no sold to three alien beasts has to be top of the list of worse things ever.
So now what happens in this new triad's love will overcome their dire straight

Book three of the Rogue Aurelians series it is a well written story that held my interest throughout. This is Ashley and the three Aurelians Augustus, Conan, and Evander who become her Bonded. They will have a lot to get through before they get their happy ending. There is suspense, drama, danger, twists, turns, slaves, an evil man, misunderstanding, and romance. Loved the book the story was well written and the characters were interesting. Ashley was sold to slavery when she was very young, now that she is older she is back up for sale at the auction. While standing up for the auction she wants to be free, not sold to the toads. Evander, Augustus and Conan went to the auction to buy a few slaves to sent them free.

All our protagonist have baggage in this story: the Aurelians are looking for redemption after fleeing from a battle, Ashley , a slave girl, seeking to save her friend and longing for freedom herself. They doubted themselves, clinging on to hope that someday, someway they will find their redemption and that is what they found in Ashley.

I'm new to this author and haven't read any of the other books in this series. I did struggle at first to follow the book, maybe because I hadn't read any others, but once I got into it, I did enjoy it.
The storyline was interesting, different and imaginative with some action and suspense.
It is written from the perspective of different characters, either Ashley or one of the three Aurelians. Occasionally the characters were slightly mixed up but It didn't detract from the storyline.

Wow.
Just as intense as the other books.
Im always at the edge of my seat.
I havent been feeling reverse harem books lately, but I am ALWAYS abke to read and enjoy this series.
It wasnt as intense in the steaminess as other books, but it made up for it in the action/suspense.
I would recommend this book.

This book desperately needs an edit. It's worse than the others even.
It's so much inner dialogue and termoil over and over and so little smexy times.
Like I don't think I'd even consider these last couple erotic romance. There was 1.5 smexy scenes in this book and the "big" one is after the 90% mark.
And it's not really romancing anything either. The angst is for the bond, not the heros. I mean it takes place over like 2 days so...
I'm probably done trying with these ones.

This book is a great addition to this series. Each book gets better than the last. This one had a great plot that made the story flow extremely well, as well as great characters. There was also plenty of great action to keep me thoroughly engrossed till the end.

Good book needs editing!!!!
I really liked this book, but it needs some serious editing!! Sometimes the author wrote the wrong name and I had to go back and re-read to make sure I had the right person. With that being said, this was a good book. Ashley ticked me off by being so you g and stupid, but I really like how it ended. I hope we are Draven again!

Ashley who is a slave is sold by her owner on a slave auction, but luckily for her she is sold to three Aurelians.
They think she is their mate, but Ashley is a bit afraid of that so she is a teaser with not giving into them to safe herself.
