I devoured this fantastic tale!
The continuing story of Elarune and Olias as they allude capture from OpusRex and search out other Shadowtan, those lucky few born with immunity to the toxins of the EndWar was a fantastic ride. In searching out other Shadowtan like herself, Elarune constantly faces challenges to her strength and courage, not to mention tests of her resolve and patience in her frustratingly unrequited love for Randling. The addition of a new generation of Shadowtan lends itself to a necessary third book! I literally devoured this book in two sittings and am crossing my fingers for another installment!
