Written in a kid-friendly format. Great information presented in an interesting form. Love the questions and answers on the next page. Beautiful photography.

Perhaps because we live in the Houston area and are familiar with this type of weather storm (we even had a "Hurrication last year when school was cancelled for over a week), I believe my readers will really find this book interesting. Expository NF is one genre I am trying to focus on, and this one will keep their attention. Questions peppered throughout the book with A,B,C answer choices keep the book moving for young readers. I especially liked the "Can you believe?", "Did you know?" and "Try it yourself" sections.
