Love IT! I would love to get my hands on each and every My "letter" Box book! These books are such a great tools to introduce phonics and letter sounds. I love the way that Jane creates a story using different objects that have the F sound. I would love to use this book in a kindergarten classroom and as a resource for the students to use throughout the school year.

This book is all about things that begin with the letter f. The little girl only puts things that begin with the letter f in her box. It also involves some community helpers. And is good for beginning readers because the pictures can help them figure out some of the more difficult words.

My kids have always loved this book series when they were in preschool and kindergarten. My youngest is currently six and loves picking out a new letter or two from the library each week. Brainstorming all the words a child can think of that start with That specific letter before reading and then seeing which words appear in the books is a fun pre and post reading activity.
