About the author

Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).

If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.

I look to literary journals for new voices in the poetry world, and CROWD magazine, out of Oakland, CA, always seems to provide me with interesting new work and writers I've never read before, but would like to read again. If you're a poet (they publish fiction too, some of which I also enjoy, but I think their poets are better), pick up a copy. It's a good journal. I don't think they're taking unsolicited submissions these days, though, so if you're looking for new publication outlets, this isn't that.
