3.5 stars, rounded up. This is the fourth book in the Ginormous Jo series and my grandson  liked this story. Jo has a friend named Muttley. They spend a lot of time together talking and going for walks. When Muttley doesn't want to go for walks and seems sad, Jo wants to know what is wrong. When Jo asks Muttley what is wrong, Muttley says nothing, he's just tired. Muttley finally admits that he is being teased and made fun of by the dogs down the street. Ginormous Jo's Silly Bullies is book four in the series, and this one deals with one of Jo's friends. Muttley, another dog, doesn't like going outside anymore. He's really sad and forlorn. And when Jo finds out other dogs are being mean to him, she helps him find the words to say to stand up for himself and let the bullies know what they're doing is wrong.
This is another great story in the Ginormous series. I liked how Jo explained to Muttley the reasoning behind why the bullies might be saying

Jo’s friend Muttley has been acting strange lately. Jo decides to find out what is bothering him and he tells her how some dogs down the street have been mean to him. They call him names and laugh at him. Jo feels sad and tells Muttley that the dogs are bullies. She goes on to explain what bullies are and how to deal with them

Bullies are everywhere and I think this is a good story for children that find themselves victims of bullies. I like how it talks about why some kids are bullies. For the m
