A fabulous book, by and for a collage artist. There are so many beautiful, fascinating images to look at, and it also includes detailed how-to instructions with pictures. All images are printed on one side of high-quality paper, with plenty of room to cut around each one. While I’m sure I will still raid vintage books and magazines for things to cut out and create with, this is a wonderful compendium of good stuff all in one place. A smorgasbord of visual delight!

This is a great little collection of images, but more than that, it is a lovely introduction to what collage actually is. In the front, she includes a step by step guide to creating an individual collage. She talks about tools and mediums, and gives examples of ways to spice things up.
I am really looking forward to using some of the these images! It is not too precious - cut it up! (or you know, when in doubt, make a copy and use that!)
I am old school, I just want to play with paper, but her suggestions about using computers as part of the process have got me thinking. I have not gone any further than changing the size of an image using a photocopier. But hey! You can also flip the image - you can slit the image - you can do all sorts of cool and fun things, whether using the computer or just your scissors. Love this.
Not sure if this is part of a series or not, because there are several similar looking books with this title. But they seem to be much thinner, so I'm glad I got this one. Thanks, Book Depository. I will miss you for discovery of things like this.
