Previously, he was involved in church leadership for over 35 years, most recently in Nottingham. He is enthusiastic to hear the Bible taught well and loves watching its impact in people’s lives.

Helpful and focused

Great style, easily accessible with some wonderful insights and practical applications about handling the Bible. As the author points out, "preaching" is not restricted to the sermon but to everytime someone speaks from the Bible (to a friend, coworker, family member etc).

And key point, preaching the cross is not bouncing to the crucifixion, but looking at the piece of the picture that an individual section is displaying.
