This series was pretty good. I liked the scenes where Will imagined himself as his DnD character to help him deal with being in the Upside Down. I'd like to think this is canon, but I'm not entirely sure if it is anymore. Some of the other graphic novels are no longer canon because of Season 4, and with season 5, there's at least a few scenes that would be different in this series. It's not perfect, but I liked the story. The art is really good, it has its own style while still fitting in with story and characters.

I saw all four of these at my library and I immediately snatched them up. I read all of them in a day (They’re rather short, but I love it). I loved how it explained what Will went through in the upside down in such a short way, but also in a way that got the point across. I don’t know if these are confirmed cannon, but I’m pretty sure they are. I loved all of these, and I think a lot of others would like these comics as Stranger Things fans. (I have the same review for all 4 books. So I’m just gonna copy and paste my review)

Finally a happy ending, but it was so good that I didn’t want the series to end! Loved the dystopia and alternate universe settings/theme, and I usually don’t go for that kind of stuff, but this series had me coming back for more!!! Plus, if you enjoyed the show, Houser did a great job sticking to the main plot and characters.
