Sensation Fantasies 3 is book five in the Sensation Fantasies series by Kimberly Knight. This is a MM rockstar/baseball player romance and can be read as a complete stand alone. It’s a quick, steamy and also sweet read! These two men appeared as secondary characters in Kimberly’s book, After Hours Lectures and I immediately knew I needed to go back to get their story. I’m so glad that I did.
Slate Rogers is twenty six years old and is a center fielder for the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball team. Slate loves baseball, he loves his career, and he is also gay. There are only two other pro baseball players that are out and Slate isn’t one of them. He wants to be known for what he can do on the field, not for his sexual preferences.
Vaughn Evans is the guitarist for the rock band, Flirting With Fire. He is bi-sexual and is open about it. Vaughn is a member of the very elite club, Sensation Fantasies. It’s on one of his visits there that he first sees him, and knows without a doubt that he needs to know this man.
Slate’s best friend invites him as a guest to visit Sensation Fantasies. As soon as he sees Vaughn, he’s smitten. He’s the most gorgeous man he’s ever seen. These two share that first electric charge when they meet. That knowledge that this might be something more than a hook-up. But with Slate’s crazy game schedule, Vaughn’s busy recording schedule, and the fact that anything that happens between them has to be behind closed doors, do they even have a chance?
This was definitely steamy, but also so sweet. I loved that Vaughn was fine with doing whatever Slate needed to be comfortable, including keeping their relationship hidden. But I also loved the way that Vaughn’s support gave Slate confidence. I’m so glad I went back to meet these two.

I personally think book 3 is hotter than book 1 and 2, but you know, I wrote them. But, who wants more Vaughn? Book 3 is his story :)

2⭐ because the 🌶️ was good, although everything else wasn't working for me.
This was Slate's book, the baseball player who's connected to the Traded/Outed duet.
He's in a relationship with Vaughn, the rock star.
The story started out very promising, I thought it was going to be more spicy than not, since its main theme is the sex club, Sensation .
Well, I was wrong.
🟣 Insta-lust that suddenly turns into big love
🟡 The chemistry wasn't palpable
🌶️ Spice was good, but you'd expect more for a sex club related book
🔴 Dirty talk was cringe, it was too clinical
🟠 They go from one time having sex to a relationship the next day
🟢 They don't even see each other that much!
🔵 Whatdoyaknow, they too go on a vacay to Hawaii 🤨
It was a 100-page novella, I get it, but it was pretty boring and I liked Slate, but I didn't particularly like this coupling and everything they did together was boring and uneventful .
If at least the story focused on Slate's sexual experiences more and made this novella a dirty, spicy little secret, but no, it didn't work out that way.

Vaughn was supposedly completely enamoured with Slate and was stalking him to get him, they were exclusive afterwards and then he goes to the club having a woman on his lap, you know, the one he used to have sex with, but he's just saying hiiiiiii, no big deal.
It rubbed me the wrong way because Slate was 26 and a virgin, he's gay, he's not out, he really wants a relationship and after that terrible incident he's starting to doubt himself, asking Vaughn if at one point he'll maybe start missing women, since Vaughn is bisexual.
Did we really need that in this book?
I really expected a decent spicy book with a solid HEA for Slate and this ain't it.

Sensation Fantasies 3 is a passionate M/M story. My gosh Vaughn and Slate set my kindle on fire. They were so fervent for eachother. I've enjoyed reading these quick, sensual stories, and I'm hoping we get more soon.

This was a short quick read that I wish was longer. Slate Rodgers is a star baseball player who is living a lonely life off the field he is gay and in the closet he is also a virgin. When he agrees to go to a sex club with his best friend and beard Leigh. Vaughn Evans is an up and coming rock star he is also a member of the club and when he sees Slate he has to talk to him. I really liked both of these characters Slate was shy and adorable. Vaughn was a sexy self assured rockstar. I liked that Vaughn was was patient with Slate and wanted to take his time. I know it must be hard for people who are afraid to come out for fear of losing their job or of how people will treat them. I felt sad for Slate. I wanted to read this book because Slate was a secondary character in "Outed" and I really wanted to know how they met. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling.

Slate is an in the closet baseball player who wants to explore. He has no idea that at Sensation he'll meet a gorgeous man named Vaughn who will become his everything. Can a rockstar and a baseball player find love, even if they have to keep that love behind closed doors? Or at least only in a club?
Whew, Vaughn and Slate are absolute FIRE together! But sweet and loving fire. I love how open Vaughn is to allowing Slate to explore, without pushing him to come out, just letting him set the pace of their relationship. This one is by far my favorite so far in this series. I would absolutely love more from these two sweethearts.

I wasn't sure what to expect going into this installment as there was no blurb or any information on whether the author would continue with the last book or it would be a completely different couple.
Well, this is Vaughns book.
Vaughn does not hide his sexuality, he's open about it. Especially at the club, so when he meets Slate, a shy virgin that has been in the closet about his sexuality his whole life, he has even gone as far as having a fake girlfriend, Leigh. Who is the only person who knows the truth. Leigh invites him to the club, where he can finally stop hiding who he really is, and be himself. Vaughn knew the moment he laid eyes on this man that he wanted him, he needed him... and he will have him.
This book intrigued me. This is one of a handful of MM books I have read and I really enjoyed it. Watching Vaughn and Slate fall in love was such a treat, but the struggle Slate had with his own sexuality broke my heart. It's not an uncommon thing, and so many men and women struggle to be honest with the world... For many reasons. To watch him grow as the book progressed was amazing though. I couldn't help but cheer these two on.
This was a fantastic read, short and quick but fantastic.

OMG Kimberly out did herself with this last book in the novella series. I was expecting something totally different and Kimberly knocked it out the park with Vaughn and Slate. Holy hell where do I begin???????? I don't want to give away so much away but I will tell you that there is some sexy, steamy scenes that will have you needing a tall glass of ice water with lots of ice cubes because these two are amazing!

This was actually a lot sweeter than I thought and less erotica.

He meets Vaughn a rockstar who helps him explore his sexuality with a man for the first time.
This is a novella and while it’s hot 🥵 as hell Slate and Vaughn are a very sweet couple.
I loved the way the story flowed. It didn’t feel rushed to me. There wasn’t any unnecessary drama

I was excited to see Vaughn again in
Sensation Fantasies 3
. Since there was no book blurb, I didn’t know if this was a continuation of the ménage in Sensation Fantasies 1. The author didn’t disappoint and delivered another quick, steamy erotic novella that let a new couple live out their deepest fantasies and find their everlasting love.
The insta-attraction between Vaughn and Slate when they first laid eyes on each other at Sensation, the exclusive private sex club, was electric. Their passionate encounters were sizzling hot, but their connection was more than physical and lust. I cannot help but fall in love with Vaughn. His patience, understanding and consideration regarding Slate’s predicament of being a closeted gay pro-athlete was admirable. It was blissful to see Slate’s courage to embrace his true self with Vaughn’s unconditionally love and support.
I absolutely enjoyed these short and steamy stories in the Sensational Fantasies series. It was refreshing and definitely a delicious kinky treat to live in someone else’s fantasies.

"LOVE IS LOVE ".
Kimberly Knight ended Sensation Fantasies series with a bang. The hotness quotient went up few notches, if possible, from the previous books. It was a sultry, dirty and intense read with the right balance of passion and emotions.
This story featured one of my previous favorite characters from the series. Vaughn the Rockstar. He intrigued me in first book and I am so happy to see him having his own HEA. This is a MM book, something I usually don't go for. But the author did an amazing job with this couple. Slate Rogers is a celebrity major Baseball league player and he has hidden his sexual preference since adolescence. His best friend aka fake girlfriend Leigh takes him to Sensation, the exclusive sex club and he meets Vaughn. And they have this instant connection. Next comes the challenges. Their busy career. Slate's secret and how long he can keep it. Vaughn's desperation.
The chemistry is super sexy and explosive. Seriously this series was one of the hottest ever. But as usual I loved the combination of love and sex. They fall in love slowly but surely and it was so beautiful. They broke all boundaries and pushed limit for love. The last scene when Slate comes out in public gave me real goosebumps. I love this crazy hot couple so much.
Kimberly Knight holds the real key to Sensation as she takes you to a fantasy where all kinds of seductive and passionate love find happily ever after.

I need someone to put out the fire on my kindle! That is how hot Sensation Fantasies #3 is! We get Vaughn’s story! He is a rocker in his own band Flirting with Fire and he has been in a previous book in this series. Slate is his love interest and is a professional baseballer with the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Slate’s BFF Leigh Davis got invited to Sensations. She is signing up to be a member and can invite a guest. You guessed it, she invited Slate. Slate meets Vaughn and that is where the hotness begins!
Needless to say that Slate and Vaughn have off the wall chemistry between the two of them. I am hoping that there will be more Sensation Fantasies because I have really enjoyed reading the books in this series. And what happens at Sensations stays at Sensations and the readers of this series! Loved it!!! I would love a story with Leigh too.

This whole series was amazing, and this book didn't disappoint in keeping in line with that. I was so thrilled that Vaughn made another appearance and found love, but I wasn't expecting the twist that happened in this book. It was incredibly well-written and fantastic, and I think this may be the hottest book in the series.
Vaughn and Slate are the perfect couple. Watching Slate overcome what so many others have to overcome was refreshing, and watching Vaughn find love made me so happy. I don't want to give too much of this book away, so I'm just going to tell you to read it. Read this one, and read the whole series. This is at the top of my favorite series I've read this year, without question. Kimberly did such a great job making each book unique, fun, and steamy. You won't be disappointed with this story!

Sensation Fantasies 3 (Sensation Fantasies #3) by Kimberly Knight. Slate has known he was gay forever but he has never been with a man, not even a kiss. He is a well known baseball player and has no intentions of coming out while he is still playing. When he gets an invitation from his best friend Leigh who knows all about him to attend one of the monthly parties at Sensations; she is hoping he will let his guard down and get his cherry popped. Who does he meet at the party is no other than Vaughn. I was over the moon when I read his name. I loved him from book 2. This story was everything. I loved it from the beginning to the end. It was sweet. It was hot and it was sexy. I loved Slate's journey from a closeted virgin to a fabulous butterfly. Of course I couldn't love Vaughn more but I do. This series just keeps getting better and better. 5 over the moon stars for me.

I was so excited that Vaughn was going to be getting his own story, and while I was a little surprised in the direction it went......the story did not disappoint! And for this being the author's first time writing m/m - she did an amazing job, as Vaughn and Slate together were hot! Slate definitely needed someone more experienced as he started to explore his sexuality, and I couldn't think of anyone better for him than Vaughn. There was that instant and immediate attraction when they locked eyes at Sensation, and they as they continued to spend time together, you could tell it wasn't just about the physical connection they shared. You could see them developing real and deep feelings for the other, and I loved watching them fall in love.

And Vaughn is the best teacher for him. This is more than a love story between 2 people it's also about loving yourself.

It is notoriously difficult for gay sports players to be open about their sexuality even though the world is more inclusive these days it’s still a worry for people and the way Kimberly portrays slate is no different. I was nice to see a young man come into his own and a great way of introducing him to the club and Vaughn he was able to fully explore a side of himself he’s felt he had to keep hidden for so long. So the story pretty much comes full circle and Vaughn from book one finds his love of a lifetime. It’s a beautiful and erotic read and I’m so glad I chose to be and arc reader and delve into the world of sensation 😍

I think book three is my favorite story out of the trilogy. It’s a hot and steamy mm romance depicted around Slate and Vaughn. If you are caught up in the series, you know that Vaughn was introduced to us in the first book with Kiera and Ward’s story.
Just like in real life, athletes being openly gay is very rare. Although they should be able to be looked at as equals, the story isn’t always fair. But that’s what we are dealing with in this story. Slate is a pro baseball player that is still in the closet and a virgin. But when he meets Vaughn, things might start to change.
This story is a sexy, sensual read that I thought was a lot hotter than the other two reads!! I enjoyed it.

This book was hot. My heart broke for slate, his situation isn't unique. Many men and women must feel the way he does. I just cant imagine going through what is going through. Vaughan understand him and is there for him. Leigh slates best friend is adorable. Not many have a friend like her. We all wish we did. These books keep getting hotter and hotter! Vaughn from book 1 enjoys his nights at Sensations but would like to find that special someone he could share his life with- female or male. Slate is a Major League Baseball star and he is gay. He has never had a boyfriend before because he is scared to come out in his profession. His best friend talks him into going to Sensations with her just to try it out. There he can be himself without the fear of someone finding out. Vaughn+ Slate= instant attraction. Truly wonderful love story and so incredibly hot. The best story of the 3!

I was so happy to see that Vaughn was getting his own story! Not that I didn’t love him with Keira & Ward because that’s was so hot but he deserves a hea of his own. Though I was a little surprised Vaughn went the way he did. I love that he was so patient with Slate and so supportive of his decisions. I hope this story gives others the courage to live their lives to the fullest each day.

We met Vaughn in book one, but now it’s his turn. He continues to go to Sensation with Kiera and Wade sometimes and sometimes he finds others to spend the night with, that is until Slate comes in.

Holy hotness! This is my favorite of the three! I was hoping we would get more of Vaugh after the first book and you can't help but fall for Slate. I don't normally read M/M but this gave me all the feels. It was beautifully written and super sexy!! Ms. Knight nailed it with these novellas! I am hoping more will be added down the road. 😍

The third in the series and the one I was waiting for. After reading book 1 (which you don't need to do in order to read this) I have been longing for more on Vaughn and this story delivered. Vaughn after book 1 is wanting to find his more and thinks he has found it in Slate. Slate is a baseball player who captures Vaughn's attention. This book is a hot quick read that pulled me in with some feels as the two try to find out if this relationship is even possible

My favorite book in the series so far. An MM romance so hot that your kindle is going to steam. I loved Vaughn and was so excited when he got his own story. A hot baseball player and a musician make for a great read especially when you add in the instant chemistry and sexy scenes. This series does not disappoint and it’s one I definitely recommend.

Kimberly took a place her readers have grown familiar with, Sensations, and created a steamy hot story unlike any she has ever done! She shows the reader that Love is Love is Love! The story gives us steamy hot sex, but it also gives us love and romance. It gives us a story that is familiar for so many in everyday life. Definitely a 5 Star story!

The third book about a sex club called Sensations is a MM romance with Vaughn, a bi character we have met before. Slate is a shy virgin gay, and also a pro baseball player. This is their romance and although not what I usually read, an entertaining story. All of these books have been quickie reads, and this one was no different. Fun and entertaining.

WOW! Sensations Fantasies 3 blew me away! Vaughan and Slate were almost too hot to handle. I had to put my Kindle down multiple times, the heat pouring off the pages too much to handle. BRAVO Kimberly!
