Если убрать из нее 95% наполненные бытом и унылым любвеописанием, останутся фрагменты иногда просто хорошие, иногда восхитительные, такие которые хочется сберечь и сохранить. К сожалению эти крупинки приходится промывать из кучи песка.

Man staunt über den Mann Remarque, wenn man seine Briefe liest. Ein großer, starker, selbstbewusster, fantastischer Mann, aber mit so zarten Gefühlen, so poetischen Worten, so großartiger Liebe zu einer Frau, die nicht mal existiert. Denn die echte Marlene Dietrich hat ihn zu sehr enttäuscht, somit er eine Marlene für sich selbst erfand und unsterblich liebte. Das Gefühl kenne ich; das Gefühl kennen viele. Det finns gott om böcker som man gärna kan berätta om. De handlar om vad som helst: liv, förhållande, känslor, kärlek. Sista teman är nog framför allt pöpulärast men tyvärr det är idag så att böcker om kärleken är i stort sett ytliga och liknar varandra. Efter jag har läst dem glömmer jag genast bort innehålet.
Det finns lyckligtvis verk som jag kan läsa igen några gångar. Jag är exempelvis förtjust i verk av E.M.Remarque och läser de gärna både på tyska och på ryska. Och en gång hade jag tur oc

this is an amazing book. However, beware of the russian translation - it is really poor and the one who did it does not know a lot of common words and phrases. So, the german original - definitely yes, the russian translation - rather not :-)
