This is a terrible book that recommends taking supplements for everything and almost every page is filled with a website or a shop where to @read more, pretty much all from the same author (terrible marketing). I regret buying it ...

An excellent read but nothing mind blowing. Good parts to boost the immune system and help clear up niggly health problems but recommends a daily multivitamin which studies show now have to extra benefit over a healthy diet.

Definitely worth a read if you looking for an overall guide to change your diet and includes tasks and quizzes to get you going too.

I expected more, most of it is just old informations like drink water the food pyramid. I thought it would give more insight into how to pick exact good food and how to plan a healthy diet but it doesn't actually. If you want to know the basics this book is for you.
