In general I find Edgar Cayce fascinating. I am undergoing testing for Interstitial Cystitis. I wanted to see what he said about diet. This book is great reference. I didn't know you are supposed to eat Bananas by themselves. You are not supposed to drink Tea with any dairy products in it.

Dietary advice (does not contain the other health advice he gave like castor oil). Some of it is good, some of it seems suspect(getting iron from grains). No reasoning provided
