Isadora MacPherson is having a horrible week. What should have been a simple mission turned out to be a well-laid trap by the Prince of the Hybrids. Held captive, unable to escape his hold or his heated kisses, her entire world is spun from its axis, and everything she’s believed and known is challenged by the egotistical, self-centered, dreamy-eyed monster whose kisses leave her breathless, and his bites leave her craving more. Cian had one mission. Take out the hunter’s strongest weapon and make her into one he could use against them. What should have been an easy task is anything but simple. Isadora’s blood sings to him, awakening his inner beast who craves her innocent kisses. She’s supposed to be easy to break, but the more he learns of her, the more he craves the beautiful siren that lures him into her murky depths with her sassy mouth and quirky personality. There’s also a big problem: She’s his mate, the one who awakens the protective beast within him wants nothing more to keep her safe. When enemies turn into lovers, how far will they be willing to go to test their mating bonds? Thank you for reading Forever Immortal, a Vampire Brides novella. Amelia Hutchins is a Wall Street Journal and USA Today Bestselling author of the Monsters, The Fae Chronicles, and Nine Realm series. She is an admitted coffee addict who drinks magical potions of caffeine and turns them into magical worlds. She writes alpha-hole males and the alpha women who knock them on their arse, hard. Amelia doesn’t write romance. She writes fast-paced books that go hard against traditional standards. Sometimes a story isn’t about the romantic aspect; it’s about rising to a challenge, breaking through them like wrecking balls, and shaking up entire worlds to discover who they are. I loved this one. It reminded me a bit The Fae Chronicles by Amelia Hutchins only now instead of Fae and Demons we have vampires/werewolves and sirens. Also it reminded me Dreams of a Dark Warrior(Immortals After Dark #11) by Kresley Cole because the nasty humans do very bad things to the poor innocent monsters, i.e. breeding experiments.
I loved the love story between the hybrid Cian and the misguided fool Isa. Thank God she gets a dose of reality very soon. My only problem is that since English is not my first language I had difficulties reading Cian's part. He was talking with very heavy Scottish accent! Hahahaha
I liked also the role of Jesse, Isa's best friend. The big twist in the middle of the book redefined awesomely his relationship with Isa.
I can definitely see this book as the beginning of a major series. And overall, maybe it is my favourite book by Amelia so far.
This was a reread because I couldn’t remember anything about it. I’ll leave my rating, but the h drove me CRAZY.
Isadora is a siren supernatural hunter of sorts. She’s following a lead when she realizes she’s walked into the trap of Cian, Prince of the Hybrids. (1/2 vamp/1/2 shifter) Cian wants Isadora to help him access the hunter facility because they kidnapped/are torturing his sister Adelaide along with several other supernatural females.
The problem, and what I found annoying AF, is that Isadora stubbornly insists that she’s working for the good guys ignoring all evidence and common sense while consistently AND arrogantly acting like a know it all when it’s OBVIOUS she doesn’t know shit. This goes on for SO long that it made her insufferable for me, I mean the twit was shown video and pictures and still was stubbornly resolute. ARGH!
Bottom Line- Frustrating read for me. I wish the h would’ve opened her eyes earlier in the book and worked with the H rather than against him for most of the book.
***Original Review** Meh. I’m not really a fan of reading Scottish dialect doonah nae oot.... kinda slow but short free read so I’ll give it 3
This is my second book in the series and of course Amelia got me hooked and addicted to her characters again. ☺
I both love Isa and Cian, I just wish there's more of Cian and a little bit of background information. The plot was great, different from the other books in the series and as I turn each page I got more and more hooked.. I would also love to know more of Jesse, Caspian and Adelaide..
Great book to read and hoping for more. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I highle recommend this book...

I really enjoyed getting back into another Amelia Hutchins dark and gritty read. It wasn't overly long and the ending was a little abrupt but it gave me the high that I've come to enjoy from reading this author's work.
This was a paranormal where the hunters are hunting down immortals to keep humans safe. But, nothing is as it seems and it's not long before we realise that the goodies are not so good and the baddies are actually not very bad.
This is one of Amelia Hutchins better stories and I never found myself frustrated or impatient. It was well written and flowed in a way that made it a page-turner and left me satisfied.
Forever Immortal was a good read for $1.00 and I will definitely be going on in the series.
I don't know how someone can tell a whole a** story in 151 pages and IT BE THE BEST THING YOU HAVE READ ALL YEAR. Forever Immortal is a novella, a part of the Vampire Brides Collection, and I just knew I had to read it when I saw Amelia Hutchins was writing it.
Isa and Cain are two sides of the same coin. On this journey, Isa learns that nothing in her whole life has been as it seemed. With help from Cain and her best friend, Jesse, she embarks on a journey to discover herself, who she really is and what that means, and taking down those who have wronged her.
If you haven't checked out Amelia, you're missing out. The Fae Chronicles is what drew me in and Fighting Destiny is free right now! Go check it out, you won't be dissapointed!
I read so many books about vampires that I did not expect this book to leave a lasting impression on me. At all. Vampire Brides? My expectations were low. I freaking loved Forever Immortal. I take no idea why this one was so easy for me to skip into and become so obsessed with the characters. There were a few scratch the record screech sounds that happened in my brain with a sort of torture-porny prisoner moment, but I'm impressed by the characterizations and how much I enjoyed this read.
A dreamy higland prince vamp and a siren attempt to infiltrate the hunters experimental facility while trying to decipher the feelings that are brewing between them.
Isadora is a vampire Hunter, sworn to kill the deadly creatures who prey on mortals. But when she and her best friend and fellow Hunter are led into a trap and captured, Isa’s life is turned upside down.
For Isa and Jessie are captured by the hybrid vampire Prince Cian. Female vampires have been going missing, including Cian’s younger sister, and his plan is to use Isa to get her back.
This is another great book by Amelia Hutchins, who just can’t seem to write a bad anything. As part of the Vampire Brides series by the Midnight Coven, this was a vampire lover’s dream repast.
Set in the highlands of Scotland, Cian has a wonderfully sexy brogue that Amelia nails dead on. Isa is also a hybrid - part siren, part human - and never knew her parents. Raised within the Hunter’s world, Isa knows only two things: Vampires are evil creatures, and she must always repress her own siren nature lest she lose control and slaughter men with her curse.
But Isa soon learns that not everything is as it appears to be.
If you are looking for a short Amelia novella with a HEA, and love sexy vampires and beautiful heroines, then look no further. Sink your teeth into this series!
Great short read by Amelia Hutchins. I forgot just how much I enjoyed her writing until I started this one. Great characters....Isa, the half siren/half human is tough and sassy....Cian, is the hybrid Wolf/Vampire who is a great counterpart to her character, alpha with a tough of a-hole. There was action, a few funny moments and of course the steamy moments that just made this a really great read. I knew going in this a was novella length read but it read almost like a full book. I didn't want it to end. I hope she plans to expand on a few of the side characters introduced in the story.
If you love Hutchins you'll love this. Kind of like the best of both worlds; its a paranormal pseudo novella so its short and "sweet" but packs in all the glorious sexual tension, chemistry, danger and exciting plot lines as the rest of her books. Isa and Cian start out as enemies and they hate that they have such animalistic attraction to each other. Throughout the book they fight each other and their enemies until they realize they need each other in order to achieve their HEA.
The writing of Amelia Hutchins continues to amaze me
I don't leave many reviews but I must say, I love this author. Her writing is new and exciting and a rollercoaster of emotion. You never know what to expect. She keeps me mad, crying and happy and yeah the sex is hot. The part about the goggles is epic.
It's a Short read but it is worth it. In true Amelia fashion it has strong female and an even stronger alpha. Great HEA but left open so you would like to know more about the characters. Recommended by me
Amelia is my go to author for PNR. She writes bada$$ heroines and alpha a$$holes you grow to love. I loved Isa she was strong and tough. This was my first book in the Vampire Brides series and I'll definitely be reading the rest.
I’m not a big fan of novellas because they always feel too rushed but I did enjoy this book! I wish it was full length so parts of the story could be more developed but I suppose that’s just the nature of novellas. It’s probably a good sign when a reader’s biggest complaint is that they wanted more to read.
I love this plot. Isadora grow thinking her siren side was an abomination, something to be feared. So as a Hunter, she as smothered that part of her in medications and was tortured when others thought she was coming out. But when Isa and best friend Jesse are captured by vampires, she wishes that the bipolar b!tch inside her would rise up and help her out of the situation. When Jesse is turned, she thinks all hope is lost. Cian, a vampire hybrid, just wants his sister back. He will do anything to get her back, including using the beautiful woman in front of him. He'll send her back to her people to free his sister, if she ever wants to see him again (even if everything inside of him is screaming to stop torturing her and start loving her beautiful body. . . Wait what!). Can mortal or in this case Immortal enemies find a way to work together to save innocent lives? Can fated mates destined for each other overcome a lifetime of hate and find love? I love this story. The characters stay true to themselves and fight for morals, honor, and family.
I loved this little novella,it's a part of the Vampire Brides Collection and when i saw it was by Amelia i just had to read this as i love all her books, and this was no exception.
It starts off with Isa who is a siren and her best friend Jesse that get captured by Cain who is a hybrid vampire/werewolf who is a alpha a-hole to them to start with as he has a agenda to get his sister back from the hunters who took her,so he blackmails Isa to go back into the hunters stronghold and let them in.Jesse had been lying to Isa so that he could get her to Cain before she was captured by the hunters that she thought was her people.
There was some laugh out load moment plus some very hot sexy scenes, as come on this is Amelia we are talking about and she sure knows how to create hot sexy scenes.Absolutely loved it!!
An exceptional journey into the amazing mind that is Amelia Hutchins. Her ability to craft and exacute paranormal worlds is my favorite addiction, and Forever Immortal is no exception.
I'm so intrigued by Cian and Isa. The Vampire and the Siren, make a strong and powerful couple, that I absolutely adore. Cian is every bit the alpha a-hole that you cant help but just to love him. Isa is a strong and capable girl who needs no one to make her stronger or better. She is a fierce and witty. Both are just amazing, just like everything else in this book.
Hutchins had once again left me craving more of this world. I cannot wait to see where she takes it if she does. And by God I hope she does, because I need more!
Hot dickity damn it's a sexy Scottish vampire and a kick ass siren what more do you need in a book? OK incase you need more I tell you the good stuff.
This book unravels at a stead pace showing the depth, the manipulation and the truth behind the myths. Monsters come in many forms vampires, werewolves and man seek the truth in the lies as you learn more about Cian and Isa.
As always Amelia has written an amazing tale, it's hot, steamy and has some right vicious asshats in it. Take a journey to Scotland listen to some of the banter, some of my favourite words like "bampot".
What can I say that's going to make you want this book any more than you already should?
There's a crazy sexy alpha a-hole that has an accent, a bada-- heroine that doesn't take crap from anyone. If that doesn't work then how about a storyline that has you flipping the pages as fast as you can!
This author never let's her readers down. Forever Immortal is another unforgettable piece of work that brings you into a world you never want to leave. Fingers crossed for some more from these characters.
This book is worth its purchase tenfold! As all of her book I couldn’t put it down! I tuned out the kids didn’t adult just was immersed in the words on the page! Love it
Didn’t know what to expect from this book and was very happy with what I found. The story was deeply immersive and the characters vivid. Great ending too.
An excellent, well written, on the edge of your seat kind of read. Isa and Cian have a crazy start to what they're to be to each other. There's revelations that unfold and in the end the truth comes out. You'll be hooked from the beginning. It's a read where nothing is what appears to be. Be prepared for anything cause you never know what may come.
let me start off by saying Amelia is literally a queen.
this book wasn’t like her normal books, where the trope is dragged out to make that nice slow burn we all know and love. THIS WAS ACTUALLY A HAPPY ENDING. my heart CANNOT TAKE IT. thank you Amelia. you work wonders in my life ❤️
Written as part of an edition featuring a collection of authors. It of course was fantastic, not nearly long enough as it felt rushed at this end since it will sadly not be a duet or series that I know of. Still a great read for those of us trying to patiently wait for her next book.
Incredibly heart warming and another steamy one from our favorite
I love all Amelias s books and yet again I couldn't put this down. The characters are perfectly put together and the story went at the perfect rate and I hope for another killer series that I can immerse into for hours and days.
Ends on a funny note. Raised as an Archangel Hunter only through the minor division, Isadora MacPherson is half siren and becomes best friends with human Jesse since they were little kids. However Jesse's love for Isa caused him to make foolish mistakes. Desperate to save Isa, Jesse makes a deal with Cian, royal Prince Hybrid of both werewolf & vampire, of the MacCammon Clan. Things aren't what they seem as we read more of Isa's story. Good story. Another successful written masterpiece.
